Reason for choice:

I've been in search for a aged-looking doll, because I needed Grandpa for Katarzyna. I wanted him to have a kind, amicable appearance, without violence, spite or arrogance. When searching for a suitable body, I needed a body that could fit an old man - still strong although, but definitely not a youth vibrant with health.

The neck is modified for the head.

Name story:

For a long time I've been calling him just Grandpa, but then I decided that he should have a name, too, of course! He was called after Karol Józef Wojtyła (pope St. John Paul II), whom I admire very much.
