Even though I've bought many more dolls after her this girl is still my favorite. I've loved Little Monica as a company for a long time, and the Sophia sculpt is one I've admired essentially since release. Polaire means a lot to me as she's the first of my new collection that I'd bought using solely money I'd earned through faceup commissions. She's also the doll version of the avatar I always use for the first character I create on every new MMO I play.

It's a little difficult to describe her style because it's frequently changing, but her closet contains elements of more mature Korean styles and looks from Larme-kei magazines. She doesn't own a single pair of pants and most of her outfits involve fitted dresses, flared skirts, cardigans, and chiffon blouses, often paired with her pumps and a pair of ruffled lace ankle socks.

Name story:

The name Polaire is loosely based off her Chinese name 林星輝 - with Lin being her last name and Xinghui meaning "starlight."
