She is the Little Sister of Hazel.
She has very controlling parents (well actually father) and she now lives with Hazel. Her parents wants her to be perfect in school, eventhough Hazel also wants her little sister to do well in school she lets her breath a little.
Hazel threw her life over for Poppy (was a stripper) because she wants to be a good example for her little sister.
They live in the same house as Venus (still a stripper) and Eva (jobless but a whole different story).
