- Reason for choice:
- I considered this doll to be the embodiment of what I thought all dolls should be when I was growing up. A versatile face, a very "dolly" but posable body, and a weight that grounds her solidly in my world, even though most of what makes her great is the imagination going into her styles.
- Best Points:
- Volks resin in sublime. She is solid, heavy and there's an almost velvety texture to her. It means clothes don't slide around like on some of my more plasticy dolls and she's not so shiny. Also, she looks great in everything!
- Worst Points:
- Limited joint mobility. She might be pretty, but she can't touch her own face! She's definitely my dolly doll, she doesn't have very realistic posing.
