Purchased from the previous owner at a meetup, previous owner received her as a gift head direct from Angel Region. body came from DoA marketplace, I am at least the third owner.

Reason for choice:

I love the Ren sculpt, so any excuse to get another one

her faceup is damaged and not great, and the body is very floppy

Hybrid Notes: this resin match is surprisingly good, considering how wildly different these two dolls are. They're both fairly old, though I have no idea how old, so that's probably got something to do with it. She fits on the body just fine, since she was made for a similar sized body, though I do keep a silicone pad in her neck for better posing. She's in the queue for a "modernization" mod, where I'll alter the hole in her neck so that an S-hook can be passed through and held there. This will also include adding magnets to hold on her headcap, since the old AR dolls just had a hook that attached to some elastic or a rubber band.

Raven is an angel of the eldritch horror variety, with a true form that is difficult for humans to look at. She was "born" (created?) along with another angel, her brother Crow, with whom she never got along. For ages she was an unparalleled warrior, until she disobeyed orders and was destroyed as punishment. Unbeknownst to the rest of the angelic order, her brother kept a piece of her, from which she eventually revived. Despite this, the two still don't much like each other, though Raven is at least nice enough to avoid him as they both hang out on Earth in human form. After an eternity of strict control, she isn't quite sure what to do with herself.
