For his design I take a lot of inspiration from traditional Indian royalty and folklore.

Name: Renny Fowl Nicknames: Ren Gender: Male Age: 48 Species: Castien Bird Green Turaco Element: Shadow Castien Height: 8'4" Human Height: 5'9" Personality: Ren is overall clumsy. He is an over thinker and incredibly stubborn and awkward when in stressful situations. So much so that it tends to get him hurt, or exhausts him to the point of not being able to defend himself properly. He has a mighty attitude and a sharp mouth that can get him into more trouble than it's worth. Most times Ren is quiet, liking to sleep for long periods of time or daydream. He enjoys his peace however he can be mischievous and rambunctious with others.
~Likes: Popcorn, (Ren enjoys meat however he’s mostly vegetarian.) playing ball/catch, the company of others, rabbits,(as a companion)
~Dislikes: Gavrad, chains(being bound) the smell of gunpowder, strong smells in general
Background: Renny was born in the winter. The harsh weather and desire to survive it made him rough at a very young age and it alienated him from others. He was feisty, and while he was just playing he had the tendency to hurt others. He grew to understand this fact however would never realize his own strength even as he grew older.
By his twenties Ren thought he was the smartest coolest Castien in the world and he began testing this. He challenged other males for territory, even did a few things he shouldn’t have and it came back to him. Word spread quickly after he’d killed Gavrads and pretty soon Ren was being hunted, not only for sport but for revenge. He put up a good chase too, but in the end he was captured, sedated, and sold.
Years of being bought and sold, won and traded among anyone that wanted him wore down on the Castien, and his happy, playful and easy going nature turned to hate and loathing. He was bitter and angry and tired of serving others or fighting. Pretty soon his current owner whom had won him in a bet realized the beast wouldn’t be worth anything but a nice pelt. It was also the breaking point. In the end Ren killed his master and ran free. To keep from being found and captured again the Casien travels from place to place, never able to call a city, forest or otherwise ‘home’.
