Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     He was so beautiful and I just had to have him.

    His head and feet are smaller than they were supposed to be. I don’t necessarily mind, but it made ordering his first wigs and shoes really disappointing.

    I wanted something Japanese and that would give me good memories. But I also wanted something fitting for his character. When I ordered him, I had a character but no name. I was watching Free! and Blue Exorcist, both of which have a Rin. I tried out the name on the pictures I had of him and realized I kinda liked it, but it needed to fit his character, too. The kanji, 凛 (rin), means severe or cold. Since Rin is a demon, I thought that that would be the perfect name for him. I ordered him in white, and I generally (not always, because I change his wig a lot) keep him in white hair, so he looks cold as well.

    Rin is a demon who fell in love with humanity and decided to live on earth. He tries to keep a safe distance, as he is immortal and does not want to become attached to one person. He blends well, but is able to possess humans and has several other powers up his sleeve. After a long life in Hell, he hates the cold. He is often seen wearing scarves and hats in the middle of summer. When alone, he occasionally will set things (or himself) on fire. The demons above him don't care if he stays on earth. The longer you have to terrorize humans, the better... Right?

    After 25 years on earth, Rin has started to adopt more humanistic traits: he can feel human emotions, he has recently begun enjoying the taste of food, he has developed a love of books and movies. He has begun to get lonely on earth. He has had several lovers, but does not want to become attached to a mortal, only to outlive them by eternity. He doesn't know if he has adapted to human life enough to feel love, but he has not stuck around with around with anyone long enough to find out.

    He frequents the hangouts of other-worldly creatures like himself. He has a particular fondness for vampires, as he likes the company of other immortals. The only difference is that he cannot be killed by humans like vampires can.
