Rouka is probably as stable as a pillar made of ping-pong balls, but he has a warm and caring personality which makes up for most of his flaws.

He is Reijis younger twin brother who always wanted to get out of the small village which they were raised in to see the world. Though he would have never expected that his adventures would be set off by his parents being defamed and captured by the empire and him being chased as the main culprit for all of it by his older sister.
After this rough start into his journey he developed a heavy knack for spellcasting which ended up in his soul getting corrupted by 68% - which basically means it is extremely hard for him to keep his sanity and magical power under control.
