Rowe Leyland

Head Sculpt:
Infinitidoll SID
  • Face-up artist(s):
    Company default
    Date of acquisition:
    January 2017
    Secondhand, third home - originally obtained January 19th 2013.
    Body obtained secondhand, also third home - originally from spring 2011.
    Reason for choice:
    The character he previously shelled was dating the character Caspian shelled, and the two of them complement each other very well in terms of style, while still looking like different people.
    Best Points:
    Gorgeously done faceup, mature features without looking too gritty or chiseled.
    His resin is amazingly "soft" and matte, it's really nice to touch.
    Worst Points:
    His headcap sits slightly askew. Not very noticeable under his wig, thankfully.
    His torso is very finicky and doesn't like to stay in position, especially at the waist. This is possibly because of his loose stringing, but the locking system consists of a single tiny bump and divot, so I wouldn't hesitate to blame that as well.

  • Eyes:
    Deep blue
    Russet layered style with a ponytail down to his bum
    Favourite colours:
    Blue, purple, and chocolate brown
    Fashion style(s):
    Casual and little bit skater-flavor
    Key fashion accessory:
    Necklace and ponytail
    He's a "sweatpants all day, every day" kinda guy.
  • Name story:
    I liked it better than the spelling 'Rho.' ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Chances are I chose an R because he's 'ricky,' but it may be coincidence.
    Character age:
    Early twenties
    Character gender:
    Offsite roleplay:
    This doll's character is not available for offsite roleplay.
    Rowe is, for quite a while, literally a disembodied head. He has no memory of how this came to be, just a knowledge that he hasn't always been this way. Trapped in mysterious ruins, if only because he legitimately can't move, Rowe spends his days trying to get the occasional adventurer to listen to him instead of running away screaming.

    Eventually, Caspian is the adventurer in question. Though not without his initial fright, he chooses to take Rowe with him after realizing that Rowe is in proportion to him - and he's a giant. There's a niggling feeling in the backs of both their minds that they should know each other.

    Like the others, Rowe is crazy big - he reaches nine foot even - though his, uh, affliction led him not to notice, as he had nobody to serve as comparison for eight years. He is less affected by it socially, as he's always had peers, unlike is companions.

    Rowe is a lovable sweetheart and a bit of a socialite. His little found family means everything to him.

    The rest of the story is still in limbo for now.
