    Modifications artist(s):

    Date of acquisition:
    2009
    Provenance:
    Unidoll
    Reason for choice:
    She has a less typical face shape. Most female dolls look too alike to me for me to care about them, but Unidoll Suri had wide shoulders and a leggy athletic looking body, with a face that had character to it.
    Best Points:
    She is thick-resin'ed and sturdy, and poses very well
    Worst Points:
    Her resin went from a creamy pale ivory-peach tone to a greenish rancid butter color! I sanded and dyed her over to add reds back to her skin and she's been restored to a sunny peach. I think she was from a less color-stable batch of resin as the company had begun to have problems even in 2009.
    (Story: The Court of Dun Elisedd) Rowena is one of the main characters in my medieval fantasy story that involves most of my SDs.

    Lady Rowena and her family often visited the Court of Dun Elisedd when she was a child, to pay homage to their King. She and Lir played together as children, and went riding together as teens. She went away for a while and they lost touch. Now, with Lir home from his own travels, they have begun to renew their acquaintance, as a man and a woman... Pressure from the rest of the Court insists they wed and secure the Throne. She's not sure if her heart and her duty are in agreement or not. She likes Lir, but can she marry him? Saving the kingdom is important, but so is her freedom...
