Samara Morgan got her name from one of my favorite horror movies "the ring". I was fascinated by the little girls history, and part of Samara's character is inspired from that girl.

History: Samara was adopted as a baby by the Morgan family. Her birth mother tried to kill her as a baby, and that is why she was giving up for adoption. Samara holds special telekinetic abilities, which enables her to move things through the power of thought. People think she's strange because she always walk around alone. No one knows about Samara's abilities, as she only uses them in secret. She also has an ability which makes her see and sense things before they happens. Samara lives on a boarding school, as her adoptive parents are very career minded.
