Overall I think the Littlefees are the best designed of the Fairyland dolls, and their short stocky build makes them far more stable than any of the other sizes in my opinion.
- Face-up artist(s):
- Fairyland (default)
- Date of acquisition:
- Jun. 24th 2010
- Provenance:
- Ordered through Denver Doll Emporium. She came with papers and in her Littlefee box.
- Reason for choice:
- I wanted a girl doll, and I wanted to see the poseability of the Littlefee body in person and for keeps.
- Best Points:
- Holds poses really well, and can be posed in almost any way imaginable with great stability.
- Worst Points:
- Needed a silicon disc in the neck to prevent the wig dragging the head in any direction from the simplest touch. The magnetic hands and feet come off too easily for play, and I've had to re-glue the hand magnets several times, all within the first few months of owning her.
Leah is a lovely sculpt, and would make a nice sibling to Ante. When I first opened her up, I mistakenly thought I had received an Ante instead of a Leah, but the papers and markings in her head confirmed that she is a Leah, and so I was simply made aware that there is great similarity between the two.
