Sarisha is one of my Selantri characters, from an original story/world I've been playing with for about ten years. Her name is styled after their language.

In a story I've been working on, Sarisha Senishi is the daughter of Jinsha, the royal tailor, and one of Princess Mei's friends. When Mei was told she'd be an emissary to promote a peace treaty between her country of Selant and the neighboring country of Lesaria, she wasn't pleased with the idea. She chose two women to be Kalilu no'a A'enu, the Princess's Ladies (basically to serve as companions and friends to the princess while she was in Lesaria). Sarisha went through some culture shock, since she'd gone from a Selantri craftsperson to a highly respected noblewoman in only a few short weeks, and on top of that was sent to a foreign land.

In her doll-story, Sarisha is romantically involved with a fallen star spirit named Astra. She also has a bit of a crush on one of her housemates, Lunette.
