His sculpt fit the character nicely.

Best Points:

I adore the smooth delicacy of his sculpt, face and body. It sounds weird but it's just such a beautifully nuanced sculpting job.

Worst Points:

I do wish he had a body joint like the A-Line does, but it might mar the sculpt...

(Story: Otherworld) Scythe belongs to an urban fantasy story setting by me and a friend, which we call Otherworld. It deals with the boundaries between the "ordinary" world and the Otherworld, the realm of magic, and a few people who get caught between the affairs of the two worlds.
The characters we've shelled as dolls in this setting are :
Hands, Scythe, and Aithne (owned by me) and Lan and Rania, (owned by Adarhysenthe)

He never takes off his huge chunky green earrings.

He keeps trying to wear mostly black, in a kind of mourning gesture, but his friends have managed to convince him to add color so he ends up in red, which he likes. As a dragon he was a brilliant red, so I think wearing red clothes makes him feel a little more like himself.

Name story:

Yes Scythe Fireblood is his real name. It'd be weird on a human but it's a perfectly respectable name for a dragon.

Equivalent to roughly 19-20 ish for a human. As a dragon he's 157, barely considered an adult.

Scythe was once a young dragon who could take a human shape at will, but now he's imprisoned in his human form after refusing the advances of a witch. She cursed him to remain human, and every day he becomes more so, aging like one. Instead of living for a dragon's age of over a thousand years, he will grow old and die in a pitiful human lifespan.

He's stuck in our world for crimes committed in his own, on a kind of probation until the Council decides he's fit to go home. Hands (MNF Ruth) is more or less his Probation Officer, tasked with keeping an eye on the young dragon. Much to Scythe's outward chagrin, Hands is intent on being his friend as well.

Scythe is a bit of a monster, who's done horrible things for revenge and has been hurt too many times to believe he can ever stop hating. If he wants to let anyone in he's going to have to let them see him, all of him, and he's not sure he ever wants to.
