    Over the ages, Siris developed an outer core of reserve to mask just how deeply he feels things. He has been witness to all of human history and ponders it endlessly. Deep down, Siris retains the pride of the ancients and their incredible resilience, but like the bird that is his true form, he exists above the world and is never quite a part of it.
