A kind hearted boy that enjoys solitude, art and sleep.

Snowmoth is a feminine homosexual teenager that is fond of social media despite being anti-social himself.
He cares little for the opinions of others, all he wants is to have fun and live his life as he wishes to.

He's a content loner who doesn't speak very much, but the pictures he paints/draws speak more than words ever could. He is a self taught artist, and no he's not a prodigy. Although his work isn't extraoridinary, it's expressive. His effort can be felt and seen in his work.
He's rather fond of vaporwave music and plushies.

He loves sleeping because in his dreams, he finds the best inspiration. In his dreams he feels immortal, indestructable.
He spends much of his time in his own mind; a world of pure imagination. Where he can be anything he wants to be and the world can be a place of peace and harmony.

He has a kind heart and a shy disposition but when he can converse with a person one-on-one, he reveals himself to be very friendly. When talking to strangers he tends to keep his replies short but polite. He's very independent and individualistic.

He tends to disconnect from his negative emotions by retreating into his imaginary world where he is friends with all the lonely and misunderstood creatures, majority of them being so-called vicious predators, creepy crawlies, slimes and other odd anthromorphic and humanoid beings. In this world his best friend is a snarky and moody but good hearted shark-merman, his pet blobfish and a slow, clueless blood red slime boy named Artery. The four of them live in a swamp marsh, occasionally venturing out to make new friends and find (mis)adventure.

He shares this imaginary world with the real world in comic strips, doodles and other drawings on social media (Tumblr).

    Reality; Behind the Scenes

Snowmoth grew up in a well meaning family, but they were 'disconnected' from one another. No one really understood one another. Both parents were artists themselves but they were immature, unbefitting of parents. They didn't understand how to raise a child and tend to the child's emotional needs in a mature manner. As a result Snowmoth and his parents had a relationship akin to that of friends.

They weren't wealthy nor well off but they weren't in poverty. His parents did what they could to help him get the art supplies he needed for his work, and when they couldn't, he found less wholesome means to make money. He'd work as a model for websites, and as a camboy when things got desperate.
