Reason for choice:

Like my other Machinas, it was partially nostalgia. I also had a WTB out for a Gamma, and received two responses almost simultaneously. Given how hard they are to obtain, I decided to purchase both and have twins.

Name story:

Sugar's name followed from Cinnamon's since they were twins and both worked at the tea house/bar. He also follows his name sake by being very sweet.

If Cinnamon is as spicy as his name, then Sugar is certainly as sweet. He is the quieter, shyer twin of the two. Where Cin runs the bar and flirts with customers, Sugar tends to be out searching for interesting new spices, mixes, and teas. He cares for the customers in their own way, and is well known for his ability to make anyone the perfect drink or snack (even when they didn't know they wanted it).

Like his siblings, Sugar was also created with another purpose in mind. In his public life he is shy and seems to blend into the background, and his body is capable of doing that in reality. He's the stealth specialist, with the ability to camouflage against any surface and become all but invisible. Like Cin he plays up his public image, and uses it to his advantage. People don't tend to notice him, and will speak more freely around him. Sometimes this allows him to obtain tightly-held family recipes, and other times it provides him with the information necessary to overthrow governments.
