Sunghyung, is mute, but not deaf. He is able to talk, just chooses not to. When he was young he had an decadent and stooped talking, and just decided it wasn't worth talking. There is a little chalkboard on his hip so he can communicate. There is only one person he will talk to, I wander who it is!!
He is cousins with Kaito. Sunghyun is older then Kaito, but tends to get looked after by his younger cousin. Maybe its because he doesn't talk and Kaito feels he needs to look after him.
