Surgeon is a demon who haunts a hospital which in his years of residence has become abandoned.
He can only be seen by those who are suicidal and lives from eating these people - he always asks permission though most the time people refuse despite wishing death upon themselves. Surgeon then kidnaps them and tortures them until they change their minds. He used to stalk the suicidal watch ward, but then the building became used for those wishing to end their lives by jumping from the roof.
He swallows people whole, his mouth is much larger and stretches open, within are pincers to draw them in - his 'scary' mouth is the reason why he hides his mouth, in order to seem more appealing when first approaching his victim.
However, he's not a bad guy, he can make friends and struggles to understand modern life. Lacks commonsense.
