The grey furwig and brown eyes look especially “Wolf-y” to me. I have him a “punk” look by painting a tattoo sleeve on his arm and black fingernails. When I repainted his face I gave him a more lively, intense expression than he had originally.

Name story:

Touren was the name my friend chose for him...I think she might have made it up. The surname Oukami comes from the Japanese word for "wolf."

Touren is an orphaned kid from Japan who is also a werewolf. He has a hard time trusting others because he's been passed around from foster family to foster family most of his life. No one seems to be able to handle his wild personality on top of the fact that he can turn into a viscious, uncontrollable beast without warning. The only thing that really calms hims down is music. Because of that, he is always seen either with headphones in his ears or a guitar in his hands. Lydia is the one person he is truly comfortable around, but he also has a brother-like friendship with Xander--They fight and prank each other a lot, but in the end they're never really serious about it. Touren also has a really obvious crush on Phoenix, but so far has had a hard time expressing his feelings to her.

Touren is a Sophmore in the Palm Valley Academy Instrumental Music program, focusing on acoustic and electric guitar. His plan (not dream—PLAN) is to pursue a lucrative career as a Rock Star. He studies Computer Programming as an elective in case the rock star thing doesn’t work out (Hey, even the best-laid plans need a Plan B).

Touren is a huge concert junkie and will go to any show playing in town. He enjoys writing and composing his own songs, then recording and editing them on his laptop. His favorite genres are indie rock, metal, 90’s grunge, 80’s punk, and classic rock. He also has a side gig building websites and mobile apps for fellow students. And he’s probably the only one in school who can actually beat Douban at chess.
