Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     Vincent is my absolute favorite anthro sculpt ever! I'd wanted him since I joined the hobby in 2012. Sadly Dearmine discontinued their SD anthro dolls before I had the chance to get one directly, but some years later I was lucky enough to find his head as after-event stock via Dolk!
    I love how sharp and intense his features are and that even though he's technically meant to be a cat, I feel that his features are ambiguous and also come across as quite fox-like or wolf-like.

    Worst Points:
    He's quite limited in the types of hairstyles he can have because his ears are so big it makes the top of his hair need to be flat. Also, he has no human ears so really short "boyish" hairstyles or any hairstyle that is at or above human ear length looks insane lol

  • Name story:
    "Wolf" is just a nickname, as all of my SD scale dolls have a real name and an animal nickname that canonically signifies they are a member of a group friends/allies known as "Inheritance".

    His real name is Hyzenthlay, which comes from the book/movie "Watership Down". That character is actually a rabbit and also female, but i've always been a really big fan of the name and have been saving to use on a character of my own for a long time. While my boy isn't a rabbit he is at least an animal and I think the name sounds quite androgynous and I feel just suits him.

    He is given the nickname "Wolf" from an interaction he has with another character who is a messenger from the moon and and is largely unfamiliar with earthly land creatures. She is unfamiliar with cats and has never seen cat-faced people like him, but during her travels she recalls hearing legends of a large grey-furred fanged beast known as the Wolf, so she incorrectly assumes that is what he is.
