Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     I wanted a Wishel and this little guy was available for a reasonable price!
    Best Points:
    Since this doll is over ten years of age he's got a lovely creamy cast to his resin. He's also very smooth.
    Worst Points:
    Typical of Festivous Wishels, Wozzeck's headcap is attached with eye putty. This actually works pretty well, but it's worth noting anyway. He also had to be wired, but that's not a huge deal now that it's done.

    Anything goes for Wozzeck, just like my other ball-jointed dolls. Being a boy he's not too keen on pink, but anything else is fair game.

    "Wozzeck" is an Alban Berg opera, while "Wintergatan" is the name of the Swedish band who built the Marble Machine. Name is pronounced "votz-eck winter-gotten."

    Wozzeck Alban Wintergatan has yet to reveal his full personality to me. I do know that he's a cheerful, relaxed little chap who loves to smile and put his new friends at ease, and I know that he loves his naptime. He also likes to play, but more often than not Wozzeck can be found zonked out in his favorite egg chair. He insists that my leprechaun Chloe is a distant relative of his. I've yet to figure out how a leprechaun and a tiny little humanoid can be related, but Chloe backs up Wozzeck's claims and the two have formed a bond. When Wozzeck is not sleeping he likes to play with his best friend Tatsumaki (unshelled at this time), though the two are complete opposites in terms of personality. Wozzeck, as I said, is a laid-back sort, while Tatsumaki (being a Pongpong) has boundless energy. Despite their differences Wozzeck and Tatsumaki are close, with Tatsumaki looking up to Wozzeck as a big brother figure.
