While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made on this site express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, violent, hateful, threatening, overtly sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrators and moderators of this site have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the webmaster, administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for any actions by member or outside party (such as a hacking attempt) that may lead to the data being compromised.

Please note that there is one exception to our data disclosure policy: in the event of a fraudulent transaction such as sale of counterfeit items or theft, non-public information such as your IP or email address (as well as information furnished by you to the other party in your fraudulent transaction(s)) may be made public, shared with other affiliated doll forums, or disclosed to appropriate law enforcement or other regulatory agencies. Use of the DenofAngels Marketplace is not mandatory; by using the site to buy, sell, trade, or engage or offer commissionable services, you are agreeing to this portion of our Terms of Service.

DenofAngels is not responsible for any business or sales by its members, found through links in posts or signatures or advertising banners, or suggested through private conversations. It is up to the buyer and the seller to investigate the reputation of the other party and make their own determination. DenofAngels does not serve as any sort of arbitrator in disputes. You must settle any buying/selling/commissioning problems you have with the other party privately, or contact the appropriate authorities. DenofAngels is not responsible for verifying information contained in transactional feedback left by members; we will investigate and remove libelous content, but this is done at the discretion of the staff and only upon request.

DenofAngels reserves the right to remove any post, any time. DenofAngels reserves the right to edit any post for content, any time. DenofAngels will not necessarily contact users in the event that their post has been removed/edited or their membership revoked. DenofAngels reserves the right to declare any topic, company, or product "off-topic" at any time, for any reason. This does not represent any negative judgement against the quality or reputation of the doll, company, or poster. DenofAngels does not expect (or accept) compensation for dolls being ruled "on-topic," conversely we not not accept responsibility for any loss of sales due to a sculpt or company being ruled "off-topic."

DenofAngels may remove access to the site for any user, at any time, at its sole discretion.
