Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       * When did you order?
      I ordered in early May, 2010, through a Chinese dealer.
      * How was the communication?
      Excellent, I had contacted the company's representative, aier, and she was excellent with all my questions.

      I paid in cash at the dealers ^^;
      * How long did it take to ship?
      He took about 3 weeks to ship.

      Yes, indeed ^^ He outposes my AOD girl, which is saying something~

      Yes, though I was disappointed at the tone in the free faceup- it being more orangey than in the promo pictures. But its now growing on me~

      * How was the communication?
      It was fine. Their rep, Eric, answered all my questions. There was a bit of a delay but after I enquired via email, I did get a tracking number and notification that the head was shipped. I should also note here I did order direct from the company.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy enough. I asked for an invoice to be sent to the paypal and paid that way.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It was super fast for a doll head. I got it within two weeks of ordering.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, better than even.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Kind of. I ordered the default face up with the head and even though there were slight differences, I was still pretty pleased with what I got.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Completely.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      I don't know, maybe. I will note that the head wasn't really packed very securely though. It was wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap which wasn't really wrapped very well and when I got it, the head was rolling around in the box partly free of the bubble wrap and there was no padding around it to keep the head from moving around the box plus the side of the box it came in was crushed in. I honestly thought that the head would be damaged but I was lucky. Also, there were some slight smudges over the head cap which was easily removed with a magic eraser so it wasn't a huge huge issue but worth mentioning.

      NOTE: The bubble wrap issue could have also been a result of customs inspecting the item and not putting it back properly.

      Super Fast, she arrived in my home after 10 days from my payment

      I bought them on ebay in the shop of liwenjie0310, too. I bought a doll from her this month again. She is great and I would recommend her to everyone. There is nothing more to say :)

      I payment via paypal -> very easy

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My order met the new years holiday.So the production of the dolls took a bit longer.
      Shipping took about one week. I had a few problems with the custom office because of a missing invoice and a letter that never reached me. They sent my dolls back, but liwenjie0310 sent them again and I don't had to pay the full shipping costs again.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I am very satisfied with price and quality after all.

      The adorement where diffent but the seller told that before. They look better than the photos shows.

      She took exactly one month to complete and shipped out on Sept 6th. She arrived yesterday, 9/12. :)

      She is FANTASTIC. Mobility thigh joint, lovely faceup, her outfit is exquisite. I'm surprised they don't charge more for their dolls. Seriously! She didn't have any problems at all. No dirt, no scuffing... nothing!

      Kasumi looks amazing. The pictures for Alina are very spot-on. You can expect to get a very lovely doll. :D

      * When did you order? September 4, I think MoC sent the order in Sept 8th or 9th.
      * How was the communication? As always, with MoC, excellant
      * How easy was it to pay? Layaway and then full pay when the doll came in. Very easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? A month! O_o Actually 3 weeks, because they sent the order in the 8th or so and got him in three weeks, then a week to ship to me.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I can't believe how beautiful this doll is, nice thick resin, good body weight, excellent balance and pose-ability, not a flaw anywhere, very well strung, not to loose, not too tight. A beautiful doll in every way.
