It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Transcend★B - Main site and order page here. You can pay them via Paypal and correspond with them to make orders in English.

      * What did you order? Two heads on separate occasions.
      * When did you order? April 22 2010 and August 25 2010
      * How was the communication? Excellent. You can correspond with the sculptor/artists at Transcend B via e-mail or post on their BBS in English. They have no problem communicating in English.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy. Via Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? The first head was purchased on April 22nd, sent out on April 26th and arrived on May 4th (there was a delay at customs). The second head was purchased on August 25th, sent out on August 29th, and arrived on September 3rd. The turnaround time for Transcend B is very fast! :)
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The "A Rank" head was very good quality (although like many artist heads it doesn't have magnets for the headcap) and it was an excellent match for Soom NS resin (as stated by the artist). The second head was "C Rank" and has minor defects (4 tiny bubbles at the top of the head and 1 tiny bubble on one ear), but again was excellent quality and is a great match for Volks NS (as stated by the artist).
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, they did exactly.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Definitely. The quality for even the "C Rank" head is absolutely fantastic and they were excellent at communicating the defects the head had.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A! Very happy repeat customer here!
      * Would you order from this company again? Absolutely. I love how unique their sculpts are. They plan on releasing new heads by the end of the year.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Definitely!

      * When did you order? October 8 2010.
      * How was the communication? Excellent. I emailed them in English and they were prompt with responses, usually within a day. I wrote them a few weeks before I ordered to find out what was available and let them know that I would be placing an order when I had funds.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy. Via Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? The head was shipped the day I paid (via EMS) and arrived October 11 2010.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The quality looks fine to me, no magnets or anything though.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A!
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes.
