Gothic, the hands that come with them are the actual ones pertaining to that one doll. Example: DES vamp ver. comes with her own hands, same ones that come with regular DES if she's purchased complete (body + head). You have the other option of posting your Q on the Q&A Luts board.

So far I see, Optional Delf Shiwoo Dreaming Head, is the one that only comes in normal skin. The rest you get a choice.
I bought a white skinned DES Sleeping Vampire head the other day when I saw her. I got her without makeup, so we'll have to see how it goes. LOL I can't wait to get her. Yay!
