It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I agree with you.Remember that they started to send confirmation mails because people requested it here, so I don't think it's related with getting to next stage. It was more a "Yes, we get your entries safely", I think.

    5. Well, instead of continuing to complain about it (I am so guilty) I've sent them an email and asked about my entries. I'm expecting a "Sorry we didn't get them, its too late to resend them." but its worth a try.

    6. I didn't get a confirmation either. I think they just didn't have time to submit it for everyone.

    7. i didn't get a confirmation either, however i sent my in BEFORE they said they would start sending confirmations, so i don't really expect one, though it would be nice to know they made it there safely (i mailed them in the old fashioned way)

      is there a date on when the entries will be put up on the site? or is it just 'soon'?

Yep:( and soon it's middle of may:P i'm so worried:P the worst thing is always waiting for resaults:P thehe...it somehow feels like waiting for resaults of school test:P i'm such an unpatient person:P i just wish they could aproximately tell when resaults would be^^ like around 10-15 -th or like 20-th?

    11. Last year's competition took a long time to happen. (I think it spanned about a year from entry forms to the final winning designs: December 2004 to September 2005 according to my records.)

      Expect to wait and leave Doll Heart to their business. They are very busy people I'm sure ^_^

    15. I sent three of mine before suggesting they send email confirmations, and one just a few weeks ago quite a bit after they started sending them. No confirmation for any of the entries.

    17. They said they had over 200 entries this year, It's probaly just taking htem awhile trying to get it down to the finalist. I know it would be a hard decision trying to pic three or four deasighns from one catagory out of like 70 or so submissions for that desighn. and they are doing the competition with Haute doll this year so maybe they are having to work stuff out with them as well with the competition.

      I was expecting more patience from a community like this one...we can wait months for a doll, but we start to freak out when we have no news from a contest in a couple of weeks (and technically, it's still early May...they are still in schedule).
