Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Yes, I got a message that I had won Kohya...and a few days later one that said I had won some V-Jeans too, and then two more messages saying how to pay for each of those.

    7. I know this is sounding like a dumb question,, :? but does anyone know if the bank charges a fee for transferring funds from yen to US dollars?? I paid for the jeans I won on the lottery but there was no choice in fundage and had to pay in yen.. This is the first time I have ordered directly from Volks.. I tried before but they were out of stock of the things I wanted,, most of the time.. :grin:

      Well I hope someone can answer my possible dumb question..

    8. I just paid for Kohya, and they accepted my card (FINALLY!)!!!!! I'm so HAPPY!!!!

      Gloria - I think it depend on your bank. Since you paid with a credit/debit card, I don't think there is a fee, but if there is one then it will probably be small - only a dollar or two. But, I'm no expert - if you're worried about it, you might want to check with the bank! :grin:

    9. Thanks a bunch Kiya... I suppose it will show up on my online banking.. I did get a confirmation from Volks , that the charge went through.. and I did use debit card.. So hope there won't be a big currency conversion charge..

    10. Kiya.... Did you pay with your debit card or credit card? Volks has problem charge Kohya to my credit card account... don't know why.. I called my credit card company, should have enough limit to make the transaction :? ........ I am wondering if they will accept paypal or something... this makes me nervous... I have the feeling that they might cancel my order and I will never get my Kohya..... :(

    11. Did you email Volks about it? I used a debit card (I don't have a credit card) so I paid directly with money that was in my checking account. I was having trouble at first (turned out my bank hadn't finished processing a funds transfer yet), and Volks said that if I still couldn't pay by the due date, to e-mail them. Good luck.

    12. Thanks for the reply. I did send an email to Volks and gave them all my credit cards, but they're still not able to make the transaction. So weird. *_* .... If I use the debit card, is it all I need to do is provide the card no, Volks will do the rest?

      Oh well, I guess the worst case I will have to purchase a Money Order and mail it to them. I hope they will wait.....

    13. Ermmm..not really sure. I used their check-out procedure....I had to give them the card type, expiration date, card number, and the 'security number,' which is the last three digits on the bakc of the card (where you sign it). But, I used their check-out, like I said, so I don't know if they can do it manually.

    14. Has anyone received their kohyas yet or received shipping information from volks? I have made payment and they informed me that they had charged my card and my credit card company called me to check as it was a big amount. To-date I haven't received any shipping information from them :?

    15. Well, I haven't gotten any, but I'm not surprised because I paid for sanding and coating, and that takes an extra 4 weeks. However, in the 'we charged your card' thing they sent me, it said they'd be shipping them out in a few days. I assumed mine would be shipped after the others, since I got the extra services with it.

    16. They didn't send me any EMS tracking number, just an email saying that they charged my credit card already and then about a week, my dollfie dream just showed at the post office.
