Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       I was hoping to start on Djuna today but it's too cold and wet to even think of coating. :( Not that it's much better around here in the summer.

      I'm leaning towards a new Custom House body for my guy, unless I can score an older HyperManiac. I have decided to get him some lavender/purple eyes and long brown hair.

    3. Thanks Idris and Arcane! Djuna is an awesome name :D I really look forward to seeing him completed ^__^...brown hair seems to work really well with this type of face good choice...

      This head is very bottom heavy, hay? As in...the forehead and eyes are small but the jaw and mouth are huge...I'd like to find a wig that opens up his forehead a bit more to balance that jaw...no luck so far.

      It was raining and damp too last night when I did it hahaha probably not the best environment...I sprayed a few rain droplets on his cheek...oh hell...

      I haven't thought of bodies for him yet...I'm flat broke this year end, it will be a while until I can buy a body...I'll check out that Custom House as I haven't seen them before...I'm leaning towards Domuya Perrenial Male body for now, one cause it's fecking cheap and two cause it has the same dimensions as Dollshe bodies seeing most of my doll clothes are for that size, he'd be able to share.

    5. Mine arrived but I missed the Postman by 20 minutes. Now I have to wait until at least Wednesday to get him. Ugh!

    7. i put on my bertram's faceup like a week ago, but i am still not so sure about the body ):
      he is on souldoll body for the time being but i would like to get something for him with a closer match than that.. any luck so far anyone?

    8. Not for me. He fits on Unidoll Real body ( just a little modding needed at the neck) but the resin is too light on the body. I didn't realize how light the rest of my dolls are until I got this head. I plan on playing match up at the meetup I'm having at my house in couple of weeks. I can let everyone know then.

    9. Hello all! It's great to hear everybody's gotten their Bertrams...I'm still looking for a body for him too. Would it be ok if you have any comparison pictures or your head on the body you've got currently for him to post pictures here?

      Also...would anyone be able to reccomend a body that is lean, no muscles at all, much like a pre-pubescent boy and not so tall for this head? I'm not after anything flashy or expensive...actually those boy bodies from Chinese companies will be allright, but it's hard to find one without muscles?? Any help is much appreciated :D

    10. The Custom House Ai boy body I've been mentioning mostly fits that bill but do you mean shorter than a Volks SD13 boy? Custom House boys are 60cm.

      There just aren't very many short boy bodies left which also vaguely match Volks resin. The trend for tall, tall, tall, ripped, ripped, ripped has driven almost all the small guys into extinction. Shorter bodies would be the Delf Type II or III, SD10, Serendipity 15 years, Angel Region Fair and maybe a few others. Color matching is an issue with most of these.

    11. Hi Idrisfynn! I've looked around and you're right, the Custom House Ai boy body will be what I'd like to get for Riddle, I was trying to aim for something shorter but 60 is still good, colourwise it's the closest match and out of all the 60 cm bodies out there the Ai has the best shape hands. So thank you very much again for this lead!

    14. My Bertram with wig from Luts. It is 9-10 size wig.

      I needed to do this, because Bertram´s head is flat. It solved problem with slipping wig.
