I think this will happen too... I think the chances of getting a more reasonably priced Unoa secondhand will really increase a LOT next year. Maybe they'll keep the head of their doll, and sell the body with an unpainted head or something, more reasonably.

So, are the optional faces also available through this preorder? I noticed something about the "unkind treatment" faces... Or will the faces be released with the new bodies?
Can anyone confirm - we put orders in on the 1st, and if we're lucky, we find out and pay by the 24th? Because that's what I'm reading, and I'd really like confirmation. And does it say if the current optional heads will work with the new bodies?
I would very much like that too, so that I'm not just running around here with blue cheeks, making a fool of myself.. Oh, and I think there are atleast some additional faces in this order, although I'm not sure. I must believe that, because from what I can see, the head/neck mechanism isn't much different on the boys than the girls (I.e. I've seen a picture of L-bi's head on an original girl body) so if the heads will be upgraded too, I still think the old faceplates can be used with them.. In a worst case scenario, an older girl head can be used as a holder for the original faceplates and attached to the new body.
are the boy bodies double-jointed? They definitely don't look like it from the picture. How exactly are they different from the girls? I'd love to have a Sist with greater range of motion, if they aren't going to be like SDC than it's probably not worth wating 12+ months.
I was trying to study the photos in UF last night. The major differences seem to be the elbow joint - the boys will have a great ROM, and, there is a piece that fits in the abdomen of the doll that will allow more bending and flexing w/o showing a "hole" where the pieces meet. The hip joints on the legs have a different opening... shaped like aP instead of an elongated slot l like the girls have now. It appears as if this is to either make them able to cross their legs, or cross them better....can the girls cross their knees now? I think this is a modification that could be made on the older body by carving out a rounded area at the top of the "slot". It appears as if the head/ face jointing is the same, as are the knees. There is something in the text about faces, but I can't make out what it means.... Also, it mentions the "mule" sole for sale, optional hands, "large milk part" hehe, and molded high-heeled feet. I also saw that you can order undies and/or t-shirts for them. I'm so stoked about this!!! Yesterday I was feeling blue cause I had no idea of when I might get my girl, so I went to ebay and bought her some Pink Hydrangia MP eyes all the while thinking they'd be sitting unused for ??????? How long does it usually take after the order to receive the dolls?
