I never got a tracking number confirmation, but I got the tracking number a few hours before it was delivered. I did ask on Oct 4th when I should expect my order. She replied "in a month". It arrived two and a half weeks after that email. Arrived via FedEx. Edit: It was sent out on the 18th and arrived on the 22nd.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think so. Spent about $400, installing the jointed hands was easy. The body is really nice.

Yup.

I wish I was given a tracking number. Thank goodness I happened to be home at the time.

Yes, all the pictures AC has are accurate. The pictures of the different resin colours in Impldoll‘s website don’t show a very accurate picture of the real skin, so I was expecting it to be a bit darker, but it’s better for the character this way

Even tho when i contacted Alice to kno the estimated delivery time, they told me it would take 4-5 months for doll leaves to make him and 2 months shipping. so i'm really satisfied with how fast it was.

I ordered Berg on october event, so it was on sale. but even without the event i would still say the quality is appropriate.
The clothes are also n really good quality.

The quality is fantastic! She's perfect.

There were no pictures of her in neutral tan- but from her stock photo she looked really pretty. I was a little worried after I paid for the faceup that it may be too pink for her resin tone- but it looks better than I had hoped for!

I bought a 1/4 male body and a 1/4 head +1/4 wig for 1 dollar on the new years promo. (Free shipping included on the promo)

They send an automatic email with the purchase information and another one from one of the store workers, explaining how long was gonna take the shipping and process of the order.

Because I didn't know about the 1 dollar accessories promo I didn't register it at the moment, so I contacted them a few days after the purchase and they were understating and let me get the item by sending them the dollar through PayPal (+PayPal fee).

After ordering on Dec. 7th, Alice's gave a tracking number on March 30th. Less than 4 months. And shipping was super fast. Just a few days.

Absolutely. I love the construction of the Senior 65 Females. The joints move and position smooth and easy.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, the doll does. But the outfit and wig have some differences. Dress is tad oversized, but still looks great. A bit less decorative on the arm wraps, and some of the fabrics don't look quite the same quality. The wig is not styled like in the photos which is probably why I'm having a tough time getting her headpiece to fit.

Still very happy with her.

Dollzone Black Cat YOSD, blank, in white resin - swapped the special female body with wings for a male body with no wings. Price was adjusted to be the same as a standard YOSD. I also ordered a fur wig, socks, and boots.
* When did you order?

* How was the communication?
Wonderful! I asked ahead of time if I could swap the body for Black Cat. They said that would be fine and that my price at checkout would be the regular price for Black Cat, but that they would refund the extra to me afterwards.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very. I used PayPal and it was quick and clean. The aforementioned refund was given pretty quickly, within a few hours, so I paid just as much as I should for a doll with no wings.
* How long did it take to ship?
Shipped beginning of February, arrived Feb 15. The long wait time I assume was due to DZ themselves, but even then it wasn’t that bad.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Perfect. The boots felt ever so slightly cheap... but they are cheap. I paid $12 for knee length boots. The zippers and laces are great. BlackCat was wonderful.

Yes. The fur wig, it was hard to tell... but it’s a fur wig. You get what you get.
Also, a nice surprise - I was told that Black Cat would be shipped with random eyes, but he came with the animetic eyes featured in the full set. I don’t have use for them at the moment, but they are very cute, with a slight shimmer to the print.

Absolutely. AC was excellent with communication and I was so happy with my order, I almost immediately started putting more clothes and accessories in a wishlist.

last note about payment - For my second order, there was an issue with PayPal and my payment went through twice before I was able to confirm the order. Yes. the items I ordered were in good condition, only complaint is due to some of the wigs having lots of hair, I noticed some loose hairs had fallen on my dolls shoulders.

Yes, for the most part. One wig, I did not notice was longer in the back. Not a big deal though, simple trim. The wig cap for said wig was very scratchy on my dolls head. So I would advise getting a silicone wig cap as protection. This was for wig WMS008 1/3 Silver White.
