I split my order in two.
First half - with clothes, accessories and shoes - shipped on the 27th of June.
Second/remaining half - containing Ringdoll outfit and added eyes - shipped 31st of July.

Yes. I would say so.

More or less - they do not always provide detailed pictures, so it is not always easy to tell.

All right, first time ordering a BJD let alone AC. The only shipping option I could take was the free with 100 or more in accessories, and I didn't figure out till later how to add the remaining 25 to get the hands for the summer event. Alice was polite yet informal when they responded, but I sent them the remaining amount for the hands and shipping and they were very quick in all their replies.

* How easy was it to pay?

Seller only accepts paypal so it was pretty easy

* How long did it take to ship?

Ridiculously fast, AC provides tracking; it left HK on 8/11/2014 cleared customs the 12th and arrived yesterday afternoon (the 13th). For an event I really thought it would be a much longer wait.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

Completely, the doll is amazing and the glass eyes were excellent for the price. AC also sent me a magic eraser and eye putty as gifts.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?

As always the company photos were more flattering, but they were fairly accurate. Though the nose doesn't really match the picture too well to me, if it wasn't for the rest of the face I would've said they sent the wrong head.

Yes! The doll is amazing, better than I expected.

Not an issue

More than likely, though probably accessories; since the next two I hope to get they don't carry the brand.

Yes. the doll most certainly looked like the sales photos. The face-up was slightly different, but it wasn't a big deal.

Unfortunately, when the doll arrived, one of her hands was crushed and she lost three fingers. I mailed the company back with photos. They were really nice and really helpful with the incident. They said they were going to sort it out for me and mail me a new hand for her; and they will take care of the shipping for the hand.

See above answer. I think they are doing a good job with trying to make things right.

Two orders:
1) Doll Family-A Yanji, a shirt, pants, wig, and eyes
2) Doll Love Hugh, a military uniform, Shirt, shorts, elastic, wig, and eyes

First was September 16th, and the second was October 17th
* How was the communication?
Terrific for both! Alice was quick to answer my questions and even let me know when she was going on vacation so she wouldn't be able to reply right away!
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy! Everything went through paypal, but the only downside was the paypal charge.
* How long did it take to ship?
My first order took almost two months to ship due to Yanji being made, and the second order took only a month (I received them both within two weeks of each other~ Hugh came in today!)
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Absolutely! The items were a lot nicer than I expected, and Alice even sent a couple extra gifts with both orders!
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
The wigs were the only things that didn't look like their sales photos, and everything else was so much nicer than the photos (dolls included )
* Were you satisfied with the product?
Aside from a few issues with the clothing, extremely so! (one of Hugh's boot broke, and Yanji's shirt arrived with a broken snap. Hugh's wig is huge on him but that's no big deal since it's only a temp wig)

I sent an email to Alice about the boot issue, but I'm still awaiting an answer. UvU

For dolls? Definitely. But I'm a little on the edge about ordering accessories again.
