Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. miffimifster Yep, I already contact the company ( but I contact marchen waltz because i bought infiniti doll body from them..) I hope they will understand about my problem..:( Should I contact infiniti doll too?

      Amet I already sent the photo too,,.. but i cant find the s hook in the box and i don't know if the hand is broken or not... because the hand seems okay..( no fragile part )

      It confusing me,,, because the right hand part is okay, how can they miss the hook ... :|

    2. Good point. To me, it looked like the resin "bar" is broken inside there. Therefore the hand-part should be replaced. However, if the s-hook just slipped off, it's an easy fix.

      It's also possible to fix, if the resin piece broke off, but it would involve drilling through the ball joint, and putting a new bar through there - a metal one.

    3. If you bought the doll at Marchen Waltz, then you should only contact them. They have to resolve the issue for you, as they are responsible.

    4. I already contact them..still waiting for the answer...usually the answer it quickly...now, it little bit longer waiting for their answer,,,

    5. I would definitely wait for Marchen Waltz to answer first. If you don't hear back within a couple of days, you should probably try again.
      I understand your worry about damaging the hand further. Don't work on it yourself, if you don't have to. See if the company will fix it.

I got a problem again with the body...now the right part of the hand fell off too... :( I move the hand very carefully before it fell off...I'm very shocked....Why the hand part easily broken ( the resin bar ).. I dont know It just me or anybody else got a same problem? :( I'm afraid I got a defect production from Infiniti...

    14. Agashi- Wow, that really doesn't seem normal. I've had my girl for a while now and I done some pretty rough things to her hands and nothing has ever happened to them! Hope your new hands will be much better!

    16. How's the rest of the body doing?

      It's possible that the little resin bars somehow got cast too thin in the first place.

      I hope the rest of the parts are strong.
