1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. @Cattya Thank you for your extensive reply! I will keep that in mind :)

    2. Hello everyone, I know someone has asked this already, but I don't believe it was answered--does anyone know if NS-Y or NS-P is closer to Switch Powder Beige? Or does anyone have more pictures of AoD normal resin color? Thanks!

    3. I have a 2023/24 doll (head and body came separately, but are the same colour) in normal pink. No comparisons to Switch unfortunately. I could compare to Resinsoul normal, Souldoll normal, Raccoondoll normal or Fairyland normal skin if that would be helpful to you. For what it's worth, AOD normal pink has a definite pink undertone, it is not beige in any shape or form.

    4. Oh, thank you so much! If I could get a comparison to Resinsoul and Fairyland, I would appreciate it so much. And thank you, I feel I might have to get NS-Y.

    5. Sure! All of these are 2024 resins. The 1/3 doll is AOD normal pink, the 1/12 is Resinsoul normal, and the tiny Realpuki is Fairyland normal.

The differences are less visible in outdoor lighting but the Resinsoul and AOD are very close in tone, with Resinsoul being a little paler, and the Fairyland is both darker and far more peachy/warm toned. I hope this helps!

Bonus: AOD normal pink vs. Iplehouse real skin

    6. oh, wow! Thank you SO MUCH! ;v; not only is the AoD very pinky, but very pale as well; then NS-Y may not even work haha. These pictures have helped immensely. Thank you so so much for taking the time to do this, I appreciate it a lot!

    7. You’re welcome! Yes, AOD normal pink is extremely light. It‘s a pretty color but more like a tinted white. It‘s an almost match to Resinsoul and also to Impldoll pink, which is just a hint pinker.

    8. I agree, it is super pretty! Didn’t realize how many matches it has with other companies. Thank you again :)

    9. Please excuse my terrible memory, but I read somewhere on here that AOD's line was pulled from ACBJD because they are taking a little break.
I still haven't gotten Zimei, and I want her, so I was worried. Some BJD companies give us warning, and some just fade away.
I was on AOD's website today, and I spy with my little eye new elbow and knee joints on the 58 cm female body...
Very much looking forward to their return.

    10. That explains everything :3nodding: I've had Mu Yanzi on my "maybe" list and the news gave me a push to get her sooner than later when they'll come back.

    11. I love Mu Yanzi, she‘s my favourite doll. I hope you‘ll enjoy her just as much when you do get her!

That‘s excellent news, looking forward to their return!

    12. Is that the 1/3 girl body? It looks like the 1/4 girl body to me......

    13. Could be, @Cap'n - machine translation confusion.

    14. Has Angel of Dream gone? I've been trying ACBJD's site lately but everything is wiped from their section. I've been planning some hybrids and the new 62cm v.2 body has been perfect for it, so I'm a little paranoid now that it's gone :sweat

    15. They're on a hiatus to catch up on orders. They should be back in a month or two, from what it sounds like

    16. Is the 10cm shoulder measurement for the girl body accurate?

    17. For the 62cm ver 2 boy body, is the 13cm measurement for the shoulder width including the arms or just the shoulder length on the torso itself? I've tried searching everywhere and can't get a concrete answer. :...(
