How was the communication?
Amazing!
We chat like the best of friends, while also talking about dolls, and orders etc.

How easy was it to pay?
Super MEGA ULTRA easy. Paid through PayPal

How long did it take to ship?
It took Ringdoll 6 days, as it arrived at Carol's on the 1st, and arrived at my house on the 2nd of October as Carol posted Lily to me on same day she arrived in the UK.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Most definitely!!
She is gorgeous!!
Different from my previously bought doll, DollZone Jake.
But very adorable, and loveable!

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, and no.
Ringdoll sent different eyes, not that I am complaining.
I think these eyes suit her better.
Also, the wig is in pig tails in stead of plaits.
Still, I'm not complaining, 'cause to think it gives a bit of originality to a doll I bought as a full set. ^^

Most definitely!
She was worth having to embarrass myself in French before returning home. lol

It was about four weeks from Dollzone and Carol forwarded my doll to me the VERY SAME DAY that she arrived with her. Plus she gave me her tracking no. so I could follow progress.

This was an extremely smooth doll purchase and I didn't have the usual angst of customs to worry about. I would recommend Angelesque to all.

Considering it is really hard to buy MSC in UK (others either not shipping into UK or out of stock) I'm happy with the price.

I ordered through Carol and I've never been happier!

Fantastic, Carol and I kept in constant touch with each other it was brillant, she's so lovely and friendly to talk to and very understanding.

Very, Carol arrange for me to pay in Layaway as my original payment fell through, it was so kind of her its down to her kindness I finally have my boy.

He was with me the next day.

Even more so, the official Ringdoll pictures dont do justice to just how poseable and amazing this doll is.

Yes, definately.

More then satisfied! I was in shock at just how amazing the doll is.

Carol went out of her way to solve every problem I had. When we agreed layaway, we got chatting and I had gone to buy the pink skin doll, as it had the fullset I mention that I'd prefer the white simply because the characters mother is a white skin doll and I'd be wiping the face up to do my own. No more to do, Carol went out of her way to order me my perfect doll. She didn't have to but she did just to ensure that her customer had exactly what they wanted. I was overwhemled, ever so grateful and very impressed!

* Would you order from this company again?
I'd highly recommened Angelesque to any one, especially for the UK Market, so professional, so friendly and so driven towards the customer and getting everything right. I know I'll be buying from here again!

Yes, no problem.

I really can't stress enough how much of a fantastic seller Carol/Angelesque is. They really do go out of their way for you and they are so understanding. I was so happy with my doll and the service provided, I could ramble on for pages about just how happy buying from here made me.

How was the communication?
Superb!! Carol kept in constant communication all the time! She is very kind and helpful, and is always a pleasure to talk to!

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy! Paid by PayPal

How long did it take to ship?
DZ dispatched MSD Kimi on the 12th/13th of November. She safely arrived at Angelesque's on the 18th November, then kindly sent her on the very next day after payment was received, and we very luckily and pleasingly received my Kimi on the 20th, at 12:10 GMT.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! She is excellent quality, and well worth every penny!

Looks exactly like the sales pictures, if not better in real life! ^^

I have bought Resin soul Mei WS,( which was in stock )and then I got DZ Shoyo,WS on layaway which I have just paid off yesterday.

Fab'!....Carol is so helpful and keeps in contact till you get your goods.

I am currently waiting for DZ Shoyo to arrive, but I guess it will be about 6 weeks in total.

The RS Mei is lovely quality, and the clothes I have bought are excellent too.

Excellent. I received an automatic email when I placed my order (as well as the paypal receipt), and an email from Carol they day it shipped.

Paypal - very easy.

The parcel arrived on Jan 13th - which was excellent, as I wasn't expecting it so quickly because the site had said the MSC was out of stock.

The price is a little high, but since you can't get MSC at the moment for love nor money in the UK, I was happy to pay it!

My only niggle was that the parcel (which I had delivered to my work address rather than my home address) didn't have my name on, so it could have gone astray if I worked in a larger office. An easy mistake to make though; next time I order I'll just drop a note with my order to remind Carol to address it clearly to me, not the company I work for!

Hi I found that the 2009 feedback for Carol at Angelesque had been closed and archieved so have started another one as couldnt see a new 2010 one!! Hope that is ok - if not please move to correct thread!!

I really recomend Carol to everybody, I have just sold my house and had items on order with Carol. I emailed and explained the situation and Carol was so understanding and told me not to worry she would keep the items safe until I have moved so they didnt get lost in post. I cant thank her enough as not many sellers are so understanding and helpful as Carol has been to me.

mhh...I don't know if it's because I live in switzerland but: I ordered a can of MCS UV cut flat on the 10th of february, I received a shipping note but it didn't arrive yet...I asked them how long it would probably still take, but they didn't answer my mail :S

Excellent. I was notified quickly and clearly by email, and every question I asked was answered either on the same day or the day after.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. I was able to pay through a paypal link on the website.

* How long did it take to ship?
Everything was shipped together in one box for the 1st shipping as soon as my Doll arrived at Angelesque, only 2 days after it had arrived. The 2nd order was sent as soon as the items were in stock, and arrived within 2 business days.

I recieved an email telling me that Nine9 had ran out of stock of their Band Detail Vintage Pants. (This had nothing to do with Angelesque). Angelesque then gave me the choice of a refund or to change the item. I changed it to the Nine9 Double Skinny Baggy Pants, and the out of stock items were ordered in that day. It was brilliant service.

Definately! Fast, friendly and informative service.

From the Angelesque range? Yes. The Black and White Angelesque jumper is superb quality, and my doll almost constantly has it on as it's so comfortable for me to hold.

 

I bought a can of MSC UV Cut and an SD necklace from carol (direct from the website) and she was great. She was very sweet and honest, and very much a joy to buy from. I will definitely be buying from angelesque again!

One day!! I'm very impressed!!! I paid on the 11th and he was home by the 13th.

The time between placing the order and its delivery from DZ to Angelesque was about 3 months. The shipping from Angelesque to Sweden took 4 working days, which I'd say is really quick. However, DHL managed to screw up the delivery, so it took some extra days before I actually received the order. However, this was -of course- not the fault of Angelesque, and Carol was very helpful when contacted about this issue.
