    1. I ordered a face-up from Angelesque. I sent the head as required, with photos of the look I wanted the doll to have, the site also said if i wanted to I could choose and purchase lashes from them which would then be applied for me.
      I sent it expecting it to be returned in a couple of weeks, as this was how long I was told it would take. After 3 weeks I emailed asking when it would be ready. Only to be informed it had not been sent yet as she, Carol, had been on holiday and she would send it in a few days time.
      After waiting another two weeks I emailed asking if there was any news yet. I was told it wasn`t ready yet, but she would let me know when it was.
      After another long wait I asked why the long delay and was told it was due to it being an unfortunate time of year when everyone was taking holidays, now the face-up artist was on holiday. If i had been told that at the time, I would have waited before sending it. Three weeks later the artist sent me a photo of what she had done, it looked nothing like the picture I had sent. So she did it again for me. It still wasn`t what I had asked for, but it was ok and as I was tired of waiting for two months I accepted it. When it arrived there were no eyelashes on and I never received any.

      Absolutely atrocious, my boyfriend ordered this doll for my birthday as it was listed as in stock, lo and behold - it wasn't in stock. Carol emailed my boyfriend a few days later to inform him that it wasn't in stock and that she was putting in an order with Hujoo for the end of the month and he was more than welcome to get a refund. He didn't take it as it was a very special present for my 21st birthday. We hear nothing for weeks apart from the fact that Carol was due to go on holiday, fair enough, understandable. Upon her return, we get nothing. No response to any emails sent over the next few weeks until he messages her on Facebook. Even then, we get no updates, nothing, until today the doll magically appears in the post. No offer of compensation for her error, poor customer service, poor communication. This whole process has taken almost three months.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy (PayPal)
      * How long did it take to ship?
      I have no idea. She didn't tell us when it was dispatched.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      This whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and I was genuinely worried that I wouldn't be satisfied due to this horrible experience. Fortunately, I love my Freya very much and can't fault Hujoo for this wonderful doll.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I am not satisfied with the service in the slightest and they did absolutely nothing to remedy this.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      I will avoid it in future and advise anybody else to not use this dealer.

      I have spoken to a MOD and have been given permission to reply to you due to what i would deem as an unfair feedback.

      I am a representative for Carol at Angelesque and keep track of things on DoA in her stead. I pass on everything from here to her, including feedback.

      As far as i have gathered from herself, the Hujoo doll you mention wasn't in stock but it was ordered and she kept in contact with your boyfriend all the way through the process. He asked her to change it's colour and all was okay. She also did make him aware it was being shipped. (See evidence below) - Perhaps he just didn't tell you?

      Presenting this, i would like to ask again what problem you have? As here at Angelesque we try our very best to keep every customer happy. We do have issues occasionally (such as stock), but Carol was not aware that you as a customer were unhappy from the contact she had with your boyfriend, otherwise she would have made every effort to rectify that.

      Good at first, got an order confirmation stating that my doll will still be ordered by the end of May from Ringdoll and production time takes 4 months. I messaged her again in September on Facebook asking if she got a notice about shipping from RD since I've seen some user pics already and I ordered right at the beginning of the preorder - still no news. After messaging Angelesque again in October and being told that she doesn't have any news, I've written to Ringdoll directly to know if they've got a shipping estimate. They told me that the doll was still in production because Angelesque sent them my order in August!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, through PayPal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My order never shipped

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Poorly, wasn't told that my order was sent 3 months later than promised. Every time I asked about an order update I got the excuse that Ringdoll hasn't told them anything. Also I was accused of lying to Ringdoll because Angelesque didn't receive any mails from me, that would be because I messaged her through Facebook, but nevermind.
      She's been sitting on my money for around 3 months and lied to me that my order was placed in May. I couldn't trust to do any business with her like this and got my money back through PayPal. The case got resolved in October.

      * How was the communication?
      Well, I got the usual automatic order confirmation after I paid the money. Then on 04/12/2017 I was informed that as the shop did not work with Nine9 any longer, it was impossible to send me the shirt. I sent several mails wondering why it said Island Doll. I asked them what the matter was, or whether they could send me another plain white male dress shirt in SD13 size. On both mails, I got no answer. Then on 10/12/2017, I requested them to return the money I had paid, which was done. They also explained that the shop owner had to take on an additional job, so it was difficult to keep up with shop affairs. All nice and good, but as you have to pay in advance, I do not consider this to be appropriate behaviour towards their customers. Particularly as I had orders with them in the past which went absolutely smoothly.

      Absolutely easy and superfast.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      My order got cancelled
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      None, as I received nothing
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      At least I got my money back, although I still have no shirt.

      Well...I don't think so. It will be uninteresting anyways as soon as Britain has left the EU entirely. Then I could order as well via Alice's Collection or directly from companies. But this was a really sad finale to a successful business relationship.

      Best way I found to contact them was though their DOA rep Kurolbara, answered all questions(I was enquiring about layaway) quickly and in a friendly manner. No other communication from the final payment until the shipping notice came through my in-box

      How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy, after layaway amounts were agreed I sent money by paypal every month.

      How long did it take to ship?
      I got the shipping notice around the beginning of January, it was very unexpected, I thought it would take longer.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Gorgeous product.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Absolutely!

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes.

      Would you order from this company again?
      Yes, it is much less stressful than worrying about custom charges, I know exactly what I am spending.

      * How was the communication?
      Very good. I was informed when the order had been sent to Resinsoul and when it was done and ready to ship. I had messed up with my shipping addresses at some point and noticed this when Carol sent me a message informing the head would ship that day. I rushed to reply and inform her of my mistake and she changed the shipping address before sending the head. So yay for fast reactions!
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy, I used PayPal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      From the UK to Finland, 3-4 of days if I remember correctly. The whole shabang took less than two months.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. I like how I don't have to worry about the customs stuff when buying through a dealer in EU.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Well, I ordered a Resinsoul product and I bet we all know the quality of RS company photos. :D Angelesque uses those. I'd highly recommend searching for owner pics before purchasing from Resinsoul. Angelesque has a helpful resin colour comparison pic, though!
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes. :) I'm happy with the communication etc. and would buy again from Angelesque. Wait, this was my second time actually. :D Last time I ordered an in-stock Doll Chateau head and had a similarly pleasant experience.

      Dream Valley Limited Purple and Basic Rach with faceup, qualifying me for an event gift Loxy doll.

      The last week of February, but the order went out from Angelesque on the 9th of March.
      * How was the communication?
      It was good, at first I had a hard time getting a couple questions answered but I was able to get a hold of Kurolbara, the DOA rep, and everything was very smooth after that! Things were very prompt at the end when the order had come in.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy (through PayPal)
      * How long did it take to ship?
      They shipped the 25th of July and arrived on the 6th of August, though a couple days were due to weekend nonsense of missing the mail. This wait was just fine by me.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. Absolutely amazing!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, which is fantastic as I hadn't seen any other Dream Valley dolls.

      Love them, everything about them has been perfect.

      Absolutely, everything works out very well for me and I would happily go back for any dolls from companies that would best be bought through a dealer!

      Placed a few orders over the last 2-3 weeks (birthday money coming in so placed the orders when I had the money) 3 orders for dolls that had to be submitted to the makers and 4 orders for in stock items. "pre-order" items include: Doll Leaves Teresa & NuoNuo Both are blank and no extras. Dollzone eyes (same eyes 2 different sizes). 2 for my doll wigs in coco brown. Impldoll Aries & Lucien both with face ups & have no body blushing Aries has scars where as Lucien has the outfit.

      My instock item orders included: Angelesque grey eyes. Resinsoul green eyes. a wig can't remember brand but if I remember right they did not have the wig I ordered but was really good at giving me a alt choice of wig or refund (glade I took the wig it looks great!) Doll Chateau Ada event doll (blank). Doll Leaves Snowy event doll. Aimerai BunBun-Jeans (face up and blushing included). For My Doll (FMD) pink cream wig. FMD 3-4 inch wig in white. 9-10" silicon wig cap. and 3 16mm different coloured Resinsould eyes (003,002,004).

      Really good Carol is very nice an upfront on any issues so far love that in a seller!

      Going off my instock items the only order that took a few days more to ship was for the Angelesque eys, ResinSoul green eyes and the wig but I understand why it took a bit other then that everything has come with in 24hrs.

      Yes even better then I thought.

      for the items not replaced do to unforseen reason eyes everything looked bang on to the pictures shown.

      * How was the communication?

      This was my main issue with them. They took days to respond to my emails, and they didn’t update me with the process. I became so nervous that they might have mistaken the in-stock order for a preorder that I emailed them to say “Hey, I just wanted to make sure this was in stock?” And they assured me it was, that they would ship today, and that they’d send me the tracking when they got it. Days go by. “Do you have the tracking?” “....Yeah, here it is! Royal Mail tracking!” By then it had already gotten from UK to Chicago. They had sent it out before I even emailed them to confirm it was in stock. This lack of communication about very expensive, hard-to-replace dolls makes me so nervous that I would hesitate to buy anything else from them unless they were the only dealer who had what I was looking for, as was the case for the Doll Chateau.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Not that easy. Had major issues getting the site to work that day, but it might have just been a bad server day for them.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Took four days to ship, then arrived in about a week

      Yes.

      The Body came Dezember2018.Angellstudio needed the headcap of the original head for the Resinmatch. I got an address from Angelesque to send this to Angell. As it turned out more than half a year later, it was a wrong address (it came luckily back to me!).I got quick help from Pygmalion, the manufacturer of the head. Pygmalion agreed to send a second headcap directly to Angell.I paid second Headcap and postage to Angell. Obviously there was some confusion about it at Angellstudio and the second Headcap could be assigned to my order back and forth only after a long time.Pygmalion was very helpful. Then Angellstudio was really fast with the production. Last but not least the body came with a broken finger from Angelesque to me. I was very disappointed.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the resinmatch, service from Angell was perfect. Except the broken finger

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      No, a Finger was broken.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Angell offered a full set of hands, but I was supposed to send the second (at this time my only) headcap back to Angell, which I refused to do. i glued the Finger by myself, no answer from Angelesque on my question which adhesive would be suitable. Later my original Headcap came back from Chinapost.

      No, not from Angelesque. Better direct from the DollManufacturer.

      * How was the communication?
      Carol replied to my messages but almost never got back to me first. As of now... I'm unsure if she really did send all the messages to Ringdoll regarding the status of my order. So I'd rate the communication 5/10.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, I paid the full amount (852$) for the doll at once. No layaway needed so there should have been no delay in sending out my order to the company.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      That's the problem: I never received the doll and only a partial refund (still missing 20€ from my initial payment because of the conversion rate).
      I ordered a Ringdoll Rinku through this dealer in July 2018 and the expected waiting time at this moment was 4-5 months. In January 2019 there was still no update from Angelesque so I started messaging her on facebook. Carol told me that she got in contact with Ringdoll and had been told that the doll is still in production.
      I continued asking her like once a month for an update and she always replied that Ringdoll told her that Rinku is still in production. In July 2019 - 12 months after my payment - I got worried and Carol told me to keep on waiting because Ringdoll said that the doll is still in production.

      Then on the 1st of August 2019 Carol told me that she noticed a difference between the orders she sent Ringdoll and the orders she had received so far. I was getting worried but Carol told me not to worry, she will sort this out.
      To quote her: "I did send the order away straight after you made it to me, and they have been paid and as far as i have ever knows they are producing him. They haven't said he isn't being made, or put to production so at the moment i am stuck waiting for them to advise what they will do about this. I have no problem refunding you, i would never hold anyones money, but they actually have the money for the order and have done for the whole year, so until i get their response i am a bit in limbo like yourself. I have asked for updates throughout the year, and have replied to you when you have asked me,"

      This went back and forth, her trying to get in contact with Ringdoll and them seemingly not getting back to her once she asked about my order.
      I told Carol that I'd prefer a refund at this point, 13 months waiting time only to get the answer that my doll may not even have been in production at all. This was very disheartening for me to hear after all this time...
      On the 15th of August 2019 Carol finally refunded me 95% of my original payment, I lost 20€ because of the conversion rate. She didn't want to refund me the missing amount.

      Of course I contacted Ringdoll in the meantime but got no reply... but after I posted about this on instagram they suddenly replied after 12 hours...
      And I was surprised to hear that Ringdoll had a very different point of view about all this. Ringdoll told me that Carol only asked twice!!! about the status of my order. Ringdoll also told me that they already shipped my order and even sent me a screenshot of the tracking status and proof of arrival.
      Let me quote Ringdoll:

      16th of August 2019:
      "I have worked for Ringdoll since May 5th, and I received a inquiry of this July order on June, and I told the dealer about the parcel information and the tracking number as well, and she didn't told me she didn't received that doll. Then time pass I was told she still lack of a Rinku of July again, so I asked the express company to check for me and found that delivered successfully. It's really hard for both of us, as this order is over a year, and has been sent over 7 months."

      19th of August 2019:
      " Thank you for telling me about this.
      I have just contacted with the previous staff who handled this order before. And she told me she had sent the doll to Carol.
      I am confused as well, as the order is sent and it can be checked from the order system, even Carol asked before they would also reply it has been sent, but it lasts for so long.Please notice that the normal production time is 120-180 days. If the order is over 120 days, you could come to ask us about the status.
      We feel deeply sorry for having you suffer this problem. I know even we refund you the full money, we couldn't make up the 13-months waiting. About your order I couldn't apply extra compensation for you as this order is sent and delivered. And also Rinku fullset is closed the sales, I couldn't find a extra doll for you now.Sorry again."

      And that was the end of my transaction, Carol refunded me and Ringdoll only told me that they don't know what happened. Afterwards Ringdoll wrote to me on instagram and asked me to delete my post about this transaction since it makes their company look bad. I deleted the post (but of course I saved the screenshots of everything) because I wanted to move on. This is also the reason why I'm only posting about this now, it was a dreadful thing that lasted 13 months of my life.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I never received anything although I had to wait 13 months for a partial refund - and only after I posted the whole problem on social media and told Carol that I'm considering getting legal assistance to get my money back.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      No, I will never buy from this dealer again and highly recommend anyone else to refrain from buying from them! I never received the doll, only got a partial refund 13 months later and even lost some money in the process.
      I'm very disappointed.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Initially Carol declined me a refund because (Ringdoll) "they actually have the money for the order and have done for the whole year, so until i get their response i am a bit in limbo like yourself." Only after posting about this transaction on social media and telling her that I'm considering getting a legal assistance because of the 852$ I would have lost through my order, she refunded me 95% of my original payment.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      No! And I advise anyone who asks to refrain from doing business with them.

      Why? Because it's not ok to let me wait 13 months for a doll that I never even received. And to this day I don't know who lied to me, Ringdoll or Carol. Did she really contact Ringdoll every month like she told me? Ringdoll wrote me an e-mail telling me that Carol only asked twice about an update.
      And what about the shipped Rinkus that Ringdoll told me about, why and how did my order get lost? I will never know the answer.
      She was my dealer and it was her responsibility to solve this transaction. I had to ask her every time for an update and in the end I got nothing. She had to notice sooner that there was a doll missing from her order of July 2018.
      Should anyone here have any more questions about this transaction, please feel free to contact me anytime! I would have been happy to have someone to talk about all this.
      I almost gave up this hobby because of all this. Should there be the need of me prooving my review, I have everything copied on my computer, even my deleted instagram post. I tried to keep this post as short as possible and had to leave out a lot of details. Please ask me if you need anything.
