Angelheim Mini 1/4 doll Discussion: part 1

Roman's on a Resinsoul NS body. His eyes are 14mm :3 I tried 12mm in him, too, and it looked fine, but the 14mm suit his character better.

 

Okay, thank you, I was thinking of buying just the head but I'm not sure if you can anymore. I would get him a body later ofcourse. It's good to know about the eye sizes thanks again.

 

so I missed the start of the sale due to not reading time stamps
so I was wondering since the the wolf parts are sold out have they've discontinued them?

 

They might've, I'm not sure. Every company "sells out" differently.

 

When I sent them a question about their items (I was asking about the wolf outfit that had sold out), they said they will be discussing on what they will be bringing back or not. This is for both outfits and parts. So you might not see them again which will suck.

I just wanna say, I got some pants for my Luka from Tata's paradise (these ones) and I wanna mention the fit of them. :O The leg length is fine, but around the waist they're about one or two centimeters too small to be able to fasten them with the button in their 1/4 size. He can wear them and they look great, but it's just impossible to close his fly (unfortunately :P). You might be able to if you really try and squeeze it together, but I fear that the button may pop off and fly into oblivion (behind my desk, harhar) if I tried too hard. But, I also got a pair of cargo pants (these ones) and they fit just fine and can be fastened very easily. Leg length is a teeny bit too long and they can go under his heels, but it's nothing that a little bit of rolling up the hem can't solve. And I think that it looks cute with just his toes poking out from the bottom of his pants. =P
I just wanted to mention that. >_> It could be an abormality with the first pair of pants but you never know. =) Has any one else gotten pants from Tatas?

 

The only pants I've ordered from Tata's were for my Soom Super Gem boy. The fit of the SD17 sized stuff fits them perfectly. It's good to know that their msd pants are hit and miss though. I love their quality - and have a lot of msd's so they're bound to fit someone, but I'll have to pay closer attention to them if I buy for Icarus from them. :\

Wow.. the wolf outfit is sold out. Makes me really want to go ahead and buy my Kozy outfit before it sells out. I didn't buy it when he was first released (money was tight and I figured I could do without it at the time) and I really do want it now to sort of complete him - plus, it does sort of fit his character. And randomly the price is lower - are they having a sale? I must've missed that..

 

yes- all the angelheim things are on sale untill stock runs out, but eventually they will be bringing back certian molds/parts optimised for the new bodies (because they are refreshing the JH right now, and eventually the EH, too )

Just wanted to post a random spam picture of Grifoun since he got his new wig and shoes in the mail (I think I've finally settled on a name and character... 9 months later, oh dear 8P). Still needs a faceup, but I'm feeling far too lazy for my own good at the moment.

AH says the twins should be shipped out to me before january is over ah I need to order Etalois and Infini some clothes already, or else they'l be shareing Arcelles pitifull closet >:P

 

Kezzy; If AH told you that then it makes me happy since I ordered one the day after you but mine is blank. As for wigs, I know Usagihime has a ton of awesome wigs.

And thank you both. ^^ You're not missing out on much without his shoes, though. =P They're just white canvas shoes, I was just glad because he only has one other pair (which are red checkered boots from Leekeworld's event last year... They don't match anything, I just wanted them XD).

Grifoun's white wig is one of theirs and it's a bit tight (I think?), but I hold pretty much every wig on with velcro so that solves the problem of it falling off. I don't think they do a reveresed version of it, but it could be possible to commision someone for that? I've never done that myself though, so I can't say too much. =P

Usagihime's wigs look amazeing :L but i don't see any in that style >A<; I'l keep looking but I might have to commission it after all x3;

 

Kessy: Ndoll have wigs just like that. The 6-7 wigs will probably be the best fit (see here and here) since they are stretchy, but if you like the wigs a bit bigger you can find them here and here. They restock often, so just pay attention to the site until the black ones are back in stock. (That's what I did :P)

 

Wow, nice wig find there, feather. I often forget just how many doll companies there are, so when I'm looking for something I tend to limit myself to familiar companies until I remember that there are about sixty other places I could be looking XD

 

i asked them about the claw hands and they said that they are in the process of re designing them. i hope that helps at all
