They do indeed email the tracking number :3, so it's a good idea to check there. And also, I believe that Angelheim has a step between production and shipping, something like "preparing shipping" or whatever. At least they did when I ordered my Kozy. Back then that step was only a few days but who knows, it could have increased. Annnd, if he has indeed shipped, depending on how long it's been since you've noticed that (I haven't been keeping up to date around this area I'm sorry ^^;; ), he could still be in transit. Icarus took over a week to get his butt here even with EMS. Customs held him for around four days poking at his box before they sent it across the country to me. Speaking of Icarus: spam!!
Does anyone know if angelheim will sell anymore hooves and horns for my white skin luka???? Anyone????
They haven't restocked any of the older fantasy parts since they renewed the JH body. It's possible that they won't make the hooves or claws again because they're probably not compatible with the new JH body, but I don't think they've actually said anything about it. You could try contacting them to ask. I'm a little curious about it myself, because I'd quite like a wolf mask and that shouldn't have any compatibility problems between bodies.
I have emailed them two times..nothing...looks like the biggest change to bodies is the waist...thanks for the response..will just keep checking site...
They have also changed the hands to magnets at the wrists so they will have to redo the other parts to be compatible with that.
Yeah, I actually like hooked hands better, but thats imo. I lose things easily, and hands are something I do NOT want to lose
well, i wiped my lukas default face up and i like him so much more..didnt like the dark ears/faceup and the girly curled eyelashes...
What do you plan to do on his next faceup? I'm curious Also - not related to Angelheim dolls but I'm getting my second doll, so excited! He actually might arrive before Raul.. X'D
I agree that the magnets in the hands is an easy way to lose them, and that's sad. I'd hate to lose one of my Raul's hands!

Rearing my ugly head again, ha ha. 8D I found it easier to just super glue the magnets into my Grifoun's head, no PVA glue or anything else would keep them in, even the glue that Angelheim used couldn't handle the super powerful magnets they provide. However that did end up with me accidentally putting in one magnet the wrong way round, I had twisted my hand as I put it in by accident. Had to wait for the other half of the magnet pair with the Angelheim glue to fall out. I'd done the same for his horns and the head cap magnets, but I guess it's a better option for the head cap specifically. He doesn't wear his horns anymore but still has the magnets in his head, but I don't think I'm going to let him go without his head cap. Also, Kezzy! Arcelle looks great in that photo. =D I love Icarus's dramatic angle there too, Tanu-chan! ^^
wow, i have not once had an issue with the magnets, i guess that is a good thing since i am pretty new and just taking him apart to be sueaded scared the crap out of me.
i was working on something else with hot glue when my Raul had a magnet fall out of his head (the one in the head that goes to the top headcap magnet) i was like 'lol hotglue will work' the magnet is stuck in there at a bit of an angle now <____<; hotglue pushed it out too much. i need to get it outsomehow =A=;
I haven't had any magnets fall off of my Raul at all, but his claw hands fall off rather easily. His human type hands stay on much better, but they're not his usual hands. I finally got up the nerve to sued him, though! He now sits like a dream and his arms don't snap at me when I try to pose him, anymore. XD
I think leaving it in a freezer over night is meant to be one way to get glue to come out (at least super glue, so I'm not too certain for hot glue) but it makes the whole resin brittle for a while? That was what it was saying on the threads I read when I needed to get the super glue out of my Luka, but I didn't end up doing that in the end. << And sueding really does work wonders with these guys. =D My Luka stopped doing his ridiculous arm snap once I sueded him. 8D

*revives thread* Magnet issues - woo I missed this whole discussion when I've had huge amounts of magnet losses with Icarus. His ears, his headcap, his tail magnet... I'm pretty sure all the magnets that could come out have come out and been re-glued in with super glue. In fact, Icarus is the whole reason I'm against magnetic hands.... as easy as they are to change clothes and such... I'm paranoid about losing his ears and tail. I don't need to be worried about losing regular human body parts like hands. >_< And I redid Ica's faceup again. Because when I came home from Anime North this year and finally had time to unpack him from the doll bag, I found he had retaliated on me by using his blunted raccoon claws to scratch a line in his faceup. No big deal though. I was looking for an excuse to wipe someone. I attended a faceup workshop at Doll North, and picked up some better materials to work with, so now I had a reason to break them out and use them. Pics will come tomorrow though because it's late and there's no sun left.
I'm with you, Tanu-chan, as I have to redo a faceup on my MNF doll. Her chin somehow has a hole in the faceup paint and pastels. x_x As for my Angelheim boy, I'd love to get a magnet in his lower back for a tail, too. I've made the tails, but I haven't looked for magnets for them, yet. I've heard about buying them online, but I wanted to see if maybe Hobby Lobby has a good pair to use for them. Anyone have suggestions?
