Angelheim Mini 1/4 doll Discussion: part 1

Ah, you've fallen into the trap. As soon as you get a body for one, you get a new floating head, haha. =P

Kyle definitely is cute though, I can see why you asked for him! I think out of their new releases that Julian is my favourite of the three. =D The sculpting of them seems to be a bit different, I can't tell if it's me or if they've had a slight change of style. oO It'll be interesting to see what they look like in owner photos though.

 

AH has new dolls out? I totally missed that! *goes off to look*

edit: the new boys are very cute. Julian is my fave of the three. Also, I'm surprised there is still a Raul left!

 

Circus: yessssss my system is a little skewed XD I'm going to take great pains next time to order his body well between events so that I don't end up with more unintentional floating heads haha I also thought the style looked slightly different. I mean, it still looks very AH, but yeah, something's changed...but I like it! I did waffle between Julian and Kyle for a bit, but Kyle won, and I will for sure put up a bunch of pics of him when he gets here!

Lucky: I completely missed it, too haha It wasn't until they emailed me I had any idea there were new sculpts XD

 

Shin's eyes and mouth are a lot smaller, but I like that. I guess it makes him look more asain? while Kyles' face shape is more mature...

Julian is almost smirking, I love dolls that smile. ;3; gosh I like all of them, but i'm gonna keep waiting for a Juniorheim Female body I think... <_< >_> gosh this is tempting me too much ;3;

 

Oh dear goodness, Kyle went straight into my shopping cart and checked out before I had anything to say on the matter. His chin is way too cool! Now, wasn't it so that Angelheim ships in 2 weeks, right? Please? ^_^;

 

ahaha Kuchi I wish. I ordered a body three weeks ago, and nothing yet. Of course, with the sudden addition of a Kyle head to that body, it'll take a bit longer. I did, however, receive Roman's head (Ciel) in less than three weeks...but that was just a head. Nice to see someone else getting a Kyle! I haven't heard of many people ordering any of the new boys yet...

 

The new Angelheim boys are really cute! I like Julian the best. He has such an adorable face

My darling Kozy is still on layaway, but I can't wait to get him paid off and bring him home. He will be my first bjd with fantasy parts and my first tan doll. That would be amazing if we could bring our boys home at the same time Vamp!!!! I bet Griff will come home before Wylie though. You are almost there! It will be interesting to see Griff's tan skin compared to Wylie's dark tan skin.

 

Thanks Kezzy. Been saving for quite a while, but I’m about there. Not much left to go thankfully. I’ve never saved so long for a dollie before. I just want to hurry up and get that boy paid off.

Thank you Nyco112524. I’m so close!!! And getting a free head is so awesome. I like all there new boys and I’m so happy to see Angelheim releasing new dolls. I'm partial to both Julian and Kyle (Julian's appealing to me a bit more though).

 

Nyco112524, ah well, I suppose good things come to those who wait. So you're getting Kyle too, awesome! Will he be normal or white skin? By the way, I've been following your boys life for a while! They are way too cute.

 

i am in love with kyle!! i thought i would never get another angelheim doll and then they spring him on me?? i think they are all beautiful but KYLE!! he is just beautiful!!

 

I'm really happy AH has some new sculpts out that are basic. I seem to like all three of them. Maybe in the future I'll have room for another of their boys. Right now Icarus commands my attention pretty good on his own. I'll be really interested to see owner pics of some of these guys though. So glad some people are ordering them already!

 

Kuchi: He's normal skin ^_^ Will yours be normal or white? And thanks for keeping up with my crew, I'm glad you like them!

Also, I just got an email back from Angelheim, and in addition to assuring me that the Kyle head has been added to my order, they also told me that my boy will be shipping out around the 23rd of August! That's only 21 days away! So, for those that just ordered, if he does ship the 23rd, that means the average wait will be about 44 normal days. Which is peaches and cream compared to the wait I had for my first boy....

 

44days? That's not bad. I wonder how long it will take them to ship off my Raul after I pay him off. He's already cast so I hope it won't take long!!

 

Kezzy - Ronwe's horns are the Large Goral horns from Leekeworld! I blushed them myself, since they come in a creamy white color. Only problem is the magnets in his head aren't strong enough to really hold them in place when moving him around, so I'll have to replace them sometime. XD

VampireSmiley - I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! You've waited for sooooo long!!! Ronwe can't wait to see pictures of his 'adopted' brother!!


I'll also chime in on the new boys! I must say Julian looks just like a smiling Raul, but he's my favorite, I think. Shin's a close second. XD Kyle just looks too sad for me! I like smiling dollies, I guess!

 

Nyco112524, normal skin here as well! ^^ So 44 days.. (trying to count) man, thats a tiny bit more what I was hoping, but it's the life of a BJD collector. Also, 44 days is super easy compared to 8 month and still counting what I am waiting for my Dollshe Bernard. I think I blame the Bernard for making all the waits extra hard.

 

Thank you KitsuneClaws. He&#8217;s the doll I&#8217;ve ever had to the longest wait for. I really hope he ships quickly after I send the final payment. He should just be sitting there waiting to ship, but who knows. I&#8217;ve wanted him since December and have had him on layaway for a while now. He was a dream doll for me and I still can&#8217;t believe he&#8217;ll be mine soon. Griff will happily take photos so he and Ronwe can see each other. Pity we can&#8217;t pics of them together.

 

You'll def have to spam him here a lot VS!

I was just thinking that I need to get Nova back into his cat paws and out for some pictures. I still have not found his ears though, grrr.

 

whoooaa Kuchi @_@ I don't think I could wait eight months for a doll...though, I suppose, if it was my grail doll...my longest was 120 days (my first doll, too!) closely followed by the wait for my Minifee, which was only a bit over 100 days.

VampireSmiley It's so great you're getting to bring home a dream doll!! I can understand the patience when it's a doll you reeeeeally want.

So I just ordered Jaki his wig, dubbed the eyes that came in my Minifee his, and did a faceup mock-up. I've officially embraced my incoming Kyle as a character. This is the wig I got him, but in Goldenrod.

 

Hello~ Oh I'm so relieved that there is a thread on here for Angelheim msds! Cause when I saw the Kyle sculpt I totally flipped out. And I plan on getting his head when I get the chance~

Also I cant wait for you all to get him! Make sure you post lots and LOTS of pics of him.

Does anyone know what type of body would go good with him?

I'm waiting for my Raul and kinda worry (I'm new to BJD hobby) about his tan skin because my room is all open lo daylight (not direct). Do AH tan dolls green easily?
