    1. What did you order? - 1/3 Pink Skin Adam and 2 additional wigs

      When did you order? - 18th Aug 2007

      How was the communication? - Fantastic, Tony is very good at answering e-mails to me

      How easy was it to pay? - Simple, I paid with CC Paypal. It usually takes 1-2 days for payment confirmation. I do not trust Paypal, so I always e-mail Tony to make sure they look into it. I tried to call the office twice before (I speak Chinese) but no one answered the phone.

      How long did it take to ship? - Well, he was shipped within 3 weeks. However, when I originally ordered it stated that he would be shipped in one week. Later Tony said that that ETD was an error. So they had rushed my order to get it out as soon as possible. Thus this may not reflect their normal ship date.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? - Yes for the doll, but no for the wigs

      Did the item look like the sales pictures? - Yes (but the eyes look much more narrow than the pictures - to me at least.)

      Were you satisfied with the product? - I am not happy with the wigs, the wigs came wet and smelled funny. The strands of hair were falling off. The resin quality is good, but the resin walls on the torso is thin, I do not like it as much as DOD (my only other doll to compare to)

      Yep ^^. The outfit in particular is beautifully made and I adore the design ^^

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Quite similar, I thought there was something a tad off, but I can't put my finger on it, and its not very obvious. :)

      Definately! Of course I will be back before long ;)

      How was the communication?
      Slow. In general it took three days for them to reply one e-mail. Sometimes it could take more than a week for AS to reply, and I needed to chase them.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy. I paid by bank deposit - I deposit the money into their bank account in Hong Kong.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Around one-and-a-half week. The shipping itself took 3 days. The doll was dispatched on 10 June and I received it on 13 June.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      It was very much so appropriate, the new body was very much worth the money. Moreover, I purchased her during the promotion period, with a discount.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      I requested for a personalized face-make, however it turned out to be the default face-make with a slight off. Please see below.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Half-half. If her face-make was as requested she would be perfect.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      It is still being followed, the detail is as follow ...

      It's been more than a month since my AS Lilith-SP (Gabriel) arrived. When she arrived, I noticed that her face-make was wrong. I immediately informed AS about this situation, unfortunately, they still haven't done much about it yet.

      When I placed my order, as it was during their promotion period, I could request my own personalized face-make, which I did. I requested the face-make to be in pink shades, similar to Volks Tae (the recently released version). I gave them detail description of what I wanted and included a whole load of reference photos.

      When my doll arrived, I was shocked to see her being so purple, her eye-brows were painted rather off-centered as well. I immediately informed AS. It turned out that the make-up artist didn't follow my preference and gave my doll the default face-make.

      Moreover, only at around the beginning of July or so I discovered that AS could send photos of the finished face-make to the doll owners before dispatching the dolls. If they sent the photos of my doll before sending her to me, this incident could be avoided.

      Besides problems with the face-make, my doll has various black stains on her body. AS told me that these stains could be caused by careless handling while packaging the doll.

      I was fortunate to be able to help at AS's booth as the Hong Kong DP. I spoke to Angell, a high-rank staff from AS, personally about this matter. It turned out that they did not receive my face-make instructions at all. However, at the point I placed my order I did send my request and the people who handled my order confirmed my requests.

      Although they offered to re-do the face-make for my girl, I had to pay for the return shipping from Hong Kong to China (AS).

      So far I've heard many complains about AS, about their problems with face-make and sending the wrong type of doll body to customers. Someone told me that she placed an order for the new girl body, however she received the old body. Moreover, AS has been very slow with handling my e-mails. Sometimes it takes more than a week for them to reply, and I need to chase them for the replies. Therefore, I don't feel safe to trust my girl with them for the re-do of face-make.

      AS has been very polite while handling my case, unfortunately we still haven't come with a solution, after more than a month, plenty of e-mails, MSN conversations and a face meeting. I wish they can offer me a refund as I now need to spend money to have her face-make re-done.
