      * How was the communication?
      Pretty good. I received a welcome and an order confirmation, and they answered their Q&A promptly, except during the holidays. They did not provide a shipping notice or tracking number, but the order status updated regularly on their website. It would have been good if they put a notice on their site about the days they would be closed for the holidays, but that information was easily available elsewhere. Overall I am satisfied with their communication.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy with Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      The status updated to "shipping completed" on Oct. 7, and the package arrived 4 working days later.
      *Was the quality appropriate to the price?
      Yes. The resin is good, sculpt quality nice, almost no seams. There are very minor issues. A magnet was loose in the headcap, and the free event eyes are the wrong size for the head (very nice glass eyes, though!).
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes. The cat faceup looked better!
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, I'm happy with it.

      I received the package on December 31st.

      *Was the quality appropriate for the price?
      I was very impressed by the evenly smooth yet matte resin, the great dark color and the near absence of mold lines. I have rarely seen such a wonderfully made dark-skinned BJD.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Much better, I would say. The sales pictures showed the head or the body, but unfortunately, not both together. The dark resin also looked very shiny on the website.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I was actually quite impressed. The quality of this BJD is, in my experience, much higher than what is proposed, for $500 more, by most well-established and renowned companies.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      I will certainly keep a close eye on their new models and if one strikes me as much as Ivan did, I won't hesitate to order.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      If they were well taken care of, definitely.

      Decent, it takes them a couple of days to reply to topics on their Q&A but they're busy.

      On the 20th I got an update that my order had shipped, and he arrived 3 days later.

      *Was the quality appropriate to the price?
      Yep! He's of high quality resin, nice weight, good color. He has some thin resin under his eyes but I don't think it's a big issue. He has some seam lines I have to take care of and he is strung a little tight.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yep! Of course nude and without face ups but still very much like the pics

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, I love him, but they forgot the free eyes he was supposed to come with

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I'm in the process of contacting them about the eyes.
      Update: They said they trust me and they'll send me a random pair of eyes. All is well, I'll update again when I get them.

      May 12th 2011: I have received the eyes in the mail after they claim they resent once and they got lost. So it took a while but by bothering them I did get his eyes.

      It shipped March 11th, so that's almost three weeks.

      Yes! The resin looks with a decent quality and they didn't forget about the teeth ^^

      Very good. I received a confirmation of payment when I placed my order. There was a mix-up with my tracking number (they accidentally posted the wrong one for my order), so I posted a message on their Q&A and got a response within 24 hours. Overall, I was satisfied with the communication.

      Super easy, PayPal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Less than a month! He shipped on April 3rd, and I received him April 6th. :)

      *Was the quality appropriate to the price?
      Absolutely! I ordered before the big price increase, so I feel like I really did get an incredible deal.

      Much better. Baku is such a gorgeous sculpt, and the promo pictures on the AD site really don't do him justice at ALL.

      I started a layaway on 3/12/12 before the price increase and finished it 3/29/12

      Good. I notified them via their Q&A message board when ever I made a payment. When my last payment was slightly short (I transposed a couple of numbers when sending the payment) they responded quickly and professionally.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Never gets easier than Paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Insanely quick. He was shipped on May 2nd and I had him home by 10am May 4th.

      *Was the quality appropriate to the price?
      I'd say so. The vivid skin is a lovely light tan. I can see no marbling or light areas that sometimes plague tan dolls. He has a couple of seam lines but nothing terrible or sharp. He's got a belly popping issue but re-stringing will fix that.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes and no. I didn't realize he had an open mouth with inset teeth, bit surprising to discover that. Other than that he is handsome, even with out a face up.

Very much so...her sculpting is gorgeous, the resin is excellent quality, the tan color is even and smooth, the headcap fits perfectly, and every detail is finished inside and out. Every bit as high quality as heads that cost much more-- I can't believe she was only $60, and for tan resin too!
