hehe thanks Lubelle! Decided Haruhi had been closetted away for too long. The first couple pictures of I took of her today, she looked sad. lol. Weird how dolls can do that some times. Only got a couple looks, but not much for staring. ^__^
Woohoo! Lubelle and I had a very sweet and unexpected delivery today. Our boys Ben and Colin (Custard and Adzuki Bean) were shipped on Monday and arrived today. We hadn't thought we'd see them until at least April! No clothes or wigs ready not even something to borrow as neither of us have had boys until now! For those who have multiple AE dolls in NS, and received them at different times, would you say that the resin has varied a lot or that it's been consistent? I have a Maggie body, but I have fallen out of love with the sculpt, and am considering purchasing a Custard head in NS to go on her body, but I don't know if the resin will match. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
I know this is way after the fact, and maybe you've found your answers elsewhere, but I have 4 NS AE dolls, and they are all slightly different. My first, bought in early 2012, but cast in 2011, is significantly darker than another I purchased later in 2012. My MSD is quite yellowed, and second hand, so not sure. My most recent AE, from last summer, is similar in colour to the one I purchased in late 2012 - very pale. If your Maggie is relatively recent, I'd say that you are ok. Need to take some new pictures of my AE kids!

Hey guys! This thread looks kind of dead, but I just got my Chocolate (whom I named Rose) recently, and I have a question---what premade clothing fits her?? The person I got her from was nice enough to include a few pieces of clothing so she won't be naked, but I want her to have a full wardrobe. I'm used to 1/3 scale dolls where a couple of cm difference doesn't really matter, but at 16cm, she's right between by 12cm Ai Doll and 26cm IslandDoll and there are so many different tiny doll sizes, that I'm just lost. I struggle to sew for tinies, so I'd really like to support a more talented person on Etsy, if I can. XD It looks like she's about the same height as PukiFee, but chubbier. Does anyone have any experience in trying clothing made for PukiFee on AE tinies? What about Lati Yellow? In the meantime, here's my sweet little Rose!
Hi CloakedSchemer! Your Rose/Chocolate is adorable! What a cute face! l wish I could help with your question, but I'm basically in the same boat you are. I just got an AE Pudding (Dawn), and haven't a clue what fits her. I bought an Pukifee outfit and shoes from Denver Doll, (see the picture below) but its tight. I mean, there's no way she can sit in it, and the movement of her arms is hindered by tightness of the shirt. (But, the shoes fit great!) I would love to find this little girl a resource for clothes. I'm hoping Lubelle. who posts often in this thread, will see our posts and help us out!
@Rabbit-moon Awww, your girl is adorable! And thanks for that info. I did get to see a Lati Yellow yesterday at a doll meet. They are about the same height, but the Lati head is gigantic and the body is a bit thinner and shorter. I think something like a simple little A-line dress made for Lati might fit AE, but something fitted like pants or a tailored dress or tight shirt wouldn't.
I've given up on finding pre-made clothes that fit my Spearmint. ^^; I knitted a dress for her using a pattern for Mini American Girl dolls, but that's been about it. @Rorek has a tiny Asleep Eidolon and a Tiny Delf, and they may be able to shed some more light too.
Oh! I have a mini AG Samantha, and it never even occurred to me that they could be similar sizes! I didn't consider Tiny Delf either, so that could be good to know as well.
Yay! Thank you CloakedSchemer and Osaka! I don't know anything about American Girl dolls, but I will definitely check them out. And, the Tiny Delf suggestion sounds promising.
