I can't stop looking at Sky's pictures... he's too adorable. And I think he would match my Liddell very well!! They both have very big eyes & cute lips! That's initially what drawn me to Sky in the first place. But idk, for some reason I'd wish he was MSD XD

It seems there are more mature/teen looking girl MSD than boys. It's hard to find a teen MSD boy. The closest I think is Ringdoll. I like their Valo, but I can't get over Sky!

And it's such a good deal from renaissancefashion on ebay.

Sad to hear that they switched resins I hate when companies change like that... and I'd never have the guts to do any type of modding!! I get to scared! Lol.

And @ mana, did you use the "insert link" button? Maybe that's the issue?

 

I klicked on the little buttons with the picture of the tree and the globe in the box area when you write posts and such. But it have not worked for a while.

But he does not have any face-up yet. But I love the body. And wanting that Sandra girl more and more now. I think a tan Sandra But before I can do that I need another B&G boy body for that same Minimee. The body I got now my Minimee is only borrowing. Hopefully that body will be going to a cat project one day. I want Nobilitydoll to make cat legs and arms with paws that fit my current B&G body. If they make parts for other dolls that is. I really hope they do. It would have been awesome to have a B&G cat person

 

I've never seen a cat-person bjd before! That would definitely be interesting.

I keep browsing through the Sky Database & the B&G website... I'm so bad... My Liddell hasn't even arrived and I'm dying to get this boy! Hahaha!

I'm so sad cause I wished there was a 1/4 version of the doll I love his face so much but I don't know if I'd like such a big doll!!

Here is my unpainted Minimee Mana-Sama. I am not here to spam him but he have a B&G white body type 2 with the old resin type. A great body for slim J rockers I think it poses great considering it is only a single jointed body. And he got some Dollzone high heeled feets. So for those who have been missing high heeled feets for they`re B&G girls or boys, I guess you can try Dollzone. But I just learned because I am a B&G noob, that the company changed to French resin. This MNM here got the old resin type. And the feets matches perfectly with the old B&G resin. It might be single jointed but I am in love with this body

 

Hi, all! My B&G Aurora arrived about three weeks ago; we've been getting to know one another. Temulun is eventually going to be my Mongol qagan (queen), with both a Yuan Empress outfit and a Khalka Mongol piece. (Think Queen Amidala from Star Wars in that headdress with the big horns. It was modeled after the Khalka women's headdresses.) But for now, I'm busy, so she's just getting some basic outfits sewn:



Temulun is the Aurora sculpt on the single-jointed body; at the time I ordered her she was my first BJD, ever, and I couldn't swallow the price of the double-jointed body. However, she's probably going to be more formally posed than most dolls, so that's all right. I love her face, and she's just been a fabulous doll--so fabulous that I'm considering another B&G for my Mongol warrior. I've been looking at a Dragon Doll Emperor Huang, but I'm thinking of B&G's Morant now--though possibly putting his head on the bigger Dragon Doll body, if I can determine that it would fit and the resins match closely enough. (Nice thing about a guy who would spend his life outside, but wiht his body mostly covered up: his skin isn't going to match. ;-)

 

nonnie, Aurora is beautiful! I love the B&G dolls! I have a B&G Emma ws (yosd) on my wishlist! She's going to be a ghost.

 

Sorry, may be somebody from owners can helps to me - What the B&G normal pink skin color looks like?
Is possible to find the good matching with the other companies?

I have a B&G Lyall that I named Xstian, and I adore him! ^w^ Hes by far the most cuddly of my BJDs, and the one that gets handled the most. He's either 2nd or 3rd hand, and either way, hes ageing beautifully His resin is still nice and even, and hes a dream to restring [one of the plus-sides to SDs I've found. xD]

And he poses brilliantly, and stands really well. His quality is rather good; he doesn't feel fragile to me.

 

No, they're not fragile at all. They're extremely good dolls! I had an MSD but I want a YoSD Emma. The MSD I had was too girlish for who she was supposed to be. I definitely will have another B&G doll in the house! The quality is superb.

 

2 weeks ago came to me the beautiful Aurora!) Has a very beautiful face and body. she is very mobile and well-kept posing. I am delighted with it. its height is comfortable, convenient, very nice to hold the doll in his hands

The first doll I was gonna buy was from B&G but I dont think that look as awesome as some of the other companies. There wasn't any truly stand out molds for me. In the end I went for DoD lol but I would consider this company again as the price isn't too crazy

 

I was going to register, but I have problems registering ><, I`ve tried different emails but I always get the message that the email is already in use. Same with the user names I choose. But I have never registered there before..

I wanted to buy some hands for my SD B&G boy body. Is there any other places where I can order my B&G stuff. I know Think Pink sell B&G through they`re site. But they do not sell any replacement hands.

Anyone know any other sites I can order B&G through?

 

Denver Doll Emporium carries some of their items. I don't see just hands listed, but might be worth contacting them.

 

Denver Doll Emporium is awesome I got my B&G Loretta through them. It was quick and easy. The only wait I had was for the doll as it had to come from the company. they do have some of the dolls in stock right now.

 

Denver Doll is no longer carrying B&G Dolls, and are selling only the ones they have in stock.

I asked if they'd be carrying them again and all I got was a "Maybe" in response.
