      * Were you satisfied with the product?Yes, however one eyelash was loose on arrival
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      there was an issue that they listed the doll came with a kangbo on the website. BC decided it was a typo they forgot to update and left it at that. So no Kangbo was sent

      * Were you satisfied with the product?Slightly one of the spare hand parts was miscast and one leg had a casting defect that causes it to kick out
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      The MistyRose resin wasn't fully tested and it faded within a month. BC later admitted that the resin is prone to fading and suggested the doll be stored in a box never to see sunlight

      BC makes lovely dolls that pose well but the quality control varies as well as the reliability of customer service. I personally have decided I'm not one to play Russian Roulette with my money. I would recommend if you want to buy from the company buy at the beginning of an ordering period not closer to the end

      * How easy was it to pay? Yes, with paypal
      * How long did it take to ship? 20 to 25 days
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Elf Gun - NO/ Lotti - yes
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? NO

      The company never took responsibility for the over sanded areas on my tan doll, not even the knee area that is not considered a gate part. The sanding caused horrible discoloration of the doll but there was no agreement from the company that there was a problem.

      While the Tan Gun doll was a mess, the Elf Lotti head and body were nice but I am not a gambler. With all the new dolls coming out, I will not take a 50/50 chance of getting a quality product from a company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

      The doll is beautiful and I love her to death. BUT when I got her, her rare irreplaceable eyelashes where crushed. When I ordered my kumi they said they would give me another pair. I never received them.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? My PePe did, except the crushed eyelashes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They didn't. But-I still love they're dolls.
