Now, in the time being, go to: Tools >> Internet options >> Delete cookies Tools>> Internet Options >> Delete Files Sometimes your cookie and temp. files on your browser are so large, they could cause problems when navigating websites.
Um...I'm definitely logging in, and only choosing the one doll. I've tried it each way - picking either shipping or esthetics - it doesn't work either way. Same message each time. I did as you suggested, and deleted cookies and files. I'll try the order again. Thanks for being out there - it helps!!!!!
