Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. First, don't make any more accounts, because it will confuse Anu and have her cancel them out. Thinking, you're trying to purchase more than one. Hope you know what I mean.
      Second, if it's asking you to sign up and try again, it means you're not logged in. That's why you couldn't make a choice. I would just pick esthetics and place the order.

      Now, in the time being, go to:
      Tools >> Internet options >> Delete cookies
      Tools>> Internet Options >> Delete Files
      Sometimes your cookie and temp. files on your browser are so large, they could cause problems when navigating websites.

    2. Um...I'm definitely logging in, and only choosing the one doll. I've tried it each way - picking either shipping or esthetics - it doesn't work either way. Same message each time. I did as you suggested, and deleted cookies and files. I'll try the order again. Thanks for being out there - it helps!!!!!
