It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Please understand that no-one is trying to agravate anyone. ^_^

      As to a "need to vent..." Uh ...why...? You're going to get a rare and beautiful doll soon made by some of the most noted and talented doll artists in the BJD world. You're going to be the envy of everyone on the board. You should be gloating. (And grateful to Anu. She pretty much single-handedly rescued Bermann from oblivion. And she's going to great lengths to make sure yours are all top quality - that's the delay.)

      I understand that the waiting has been long, and that everyone dearly wants to see the dolls they are waiting to welcome home, and wishes there had been more communication.

      As to who has a right to post here ... uh, excuse me, but this is Aimee's forum...? A forum she maintains in her non-existant spare time pretty much from the goodness of her heart. And she has been saying nice things, sympathetically.

      If people really feel the need to rant despite these things, please do so in your LJ's.

    4. I don't believe anything I've written here could be construed as "ranting". But I've decided that I won't post any other comments on this thread, for the time being. Maybe when I've heard that a shipping notice has come through. Maybe not. This has thread is no longer for the folks waiting for HDM, obviously. I find it interesting that we're being asked to "take it elsewhere", when most of us were having some lighthearted fun with our wait. I'm bewildered by this... However, it's not my board, and I bow to the dictates of those who do own it. For the record, I'm an Anu fan...I'm looking forward to my Bermann...and I believe in free speech. If any of the other folks waiting for Bermann would like to chat, please PM me, or you can always reach me at Houndcalling on Yahoo.

    5. This is incredibly sad. I'm not in the 'right place' to speak because I'm not one of the eleven, unfortunatly. I'm ONLY waiting for Anu's Hound and RU, see? This thread was rather amusing, until someone insinuated people were ranting. I'm totaly with Steph. I saw no ranting, but hey... if you say so.

      Anyway, good luck to you all (lucky eleven :grin: ). I'm sure you all love Anu and you'll be very happy with your boys. If I ever be lucky enough to get one of Anu's future Bermann, I know I have to keep my mouth shut, at least about the time waiting for it.

      In fact... I'd better keep my mouth shut all of the time. *_*

      (A note for my to do list...take communications classes...after my Japanese and Korean. Lordy. lordy....Japanese ain't easy!)

      StephG, I never meant to upset anyone. I tried and obviously failed, to get you and the others to take a look at the other side of the coin.

      I have two of Anu's Uniques....I died when I had to give up on obtaining "Truth." The only reason I did not lay down cash on HDM was I was stuck in an airport in Minnesota when he went for sale. So, if you think I don't want you to get your dolls, you're wrong. I do! (Okay, I'm selfish...I want to get one of the next...maybe.) ^^

      There are rare people among us that say the buck stops here. I think Anu has told you the troubles she was having. I don't think they've changed. And placing blame on others or making excuses is something that's hard for some people to do. In other words, the buck stops here.

      Turning out a piece of art in haste is not a desirable thing to do. I know what few sculptures and paintings I have done, I've placed a piece of myself in them. I want each to be the best it can possibly be before going out into the world.

      The only reason I even posted, was to try and get you to see or think about the pressure you are placing on a young artist.

      I know you're anxious, it has been a while.
      I don't mean to sound preachy, or lecture....

      I'm sorry if anyone finds this post offensive......
