1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Best Deal You've Ever Gotten

Jul 20, 2016

    1. Oh dang, I got a good one for this! I was setting up as a vendor for Resin Rose the day before the con started and saw this little YoSD being sold for like, 75 bucks. Seller didn't know her brand. By the next day, I was still thinking about this cute little doll so I swung back around saw a price change - $150. Obviously, she'd learned what the doll was and had priced accordingly. BUT since I'd seen her yesterday, she said she'd still sell her to me for the $75. I like, hot damn! I gotta run and ask the hubby if that still falls in the range of acceptable buying things price but she stops me and says, holy crap, she'll let her go for $50. So that's how I got Mina.

    2. Aidolls angeai Gaby! She was listed in my local buysell with raccoon style faceup! Very low price ( US$37 ) but she came with original box and coa! I gave her a new faceup and she is 1 of my fave! :)

    3. I got a Delf Breakaway with Angel Toast faceup for $250 at Resin Rose last year. Head was $100 and has slight mods and missing eyelash, body was $150 and is yellowed, but I consider that a fantastic bargain for a gorgeous doll :) It was quite fortuitous as I'd just missed out on a Breakaway that cost twice as much on the MP a little before then. Lol, playing dolly tetris in my suitcase flying home was... interesting, as I hadn't planned an SD

    4. I was able to get a Atelier Momoni Momoni (the MSD version) for less than retail price with clothes, a wig, and free shipping. A base Momoni without face-up (but with included eyes, which mine did not come with) is approximately $602 excluding shipping. I paid $600 for the doll (without eyes), two sets of clothes, a wig, and included priority shipping. I was originally going to wait until the next preorder opened up in a couple months but I decided I'd help a fellow legit collector out while getting a good deal. (Might still go for the preorder, too.)

    5. $75 for a dollzone 1/4 with faceup.

Impulse bought her because none of my other dolls fit code noir outfits lol

    6. I got an IMPLDoll Erica head for $50 USD, at the old brick-and-mortar doll shop I used to frequent as an undergrad. They explained that the companies they worked with sometimes sent floating heads as extras (event gifts, perhaps?) so they sold them at lower prices than usual.

    7. At a recent meet, I got an Elfdoll Lyn with eyes, wig, and clothes for $50, and a Bambicrony Kumi elf with an outfit, wig, and eyes for $35. Granted the Kumi needs some love (she was purple, and has faded to a brownish grey, and has some serious marbling), and Lyn could use a fresh faceup, but for those prices, I cannot complain!

    8. I don't him yet, but Dollshe had a 30% off sale when their Fashion Mini line was introduced. So dioll made of a more expensive resin color cost less than a normal skin one normally would.
