Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I've seen many Saber DD for sale and most of them has price of not less than $2500..and,oh yes, another one.. Super Dollfie Rozen Maiden Shinku (with peach pit signature on it's box) for 400000 something yen(I actually forgot the exact price but it is more than 400k yen)..from a Japanese site..my eyes were burning when i saw that..I love SD Shinku.T_T..

    2. I haven't seen that many BJDs in person so can't say I have seen such a rare and pricey BJD. I collect other dolls as well though and have seen off topic dolls that were worth that much ... makes you almost scared to touch them for fear of damaging someone else's spendy dolly. haha

    4. No but Volks was the first come to mind, highest I've ever come across seeing was about $2000-$2500. But if someone have a picture of one please do post it, I would love to see one.

I've seen very expensive SDs from Volks, and to be quite honest... while I do like some molds, I'd never pay more than $1000 (since they are not my taste) for a Volks doll with just a face up...hence why I don't have any. Soom dolls are worth even more than that because of the wonderful customization and fantasy parts but paying that much just for a regular doll+face up? nope.

      Geezus!! x___X I'd just get the basic doll and tan it myself.

There's a Volks Suigintou that's been on sale for as long as I can remember in a shop in Denden town, and by the time you figure the yen to dollar conversion I think she's like $6500 O_o It's flat out not worth it, especially when I've seen her offered as a one-off for about $1000 before. Granted you have to win that one-off, but I can't imagine someone so desperate for the mold that they would pay that kind of money for it. As others said before, you can do Dream FCS for about $5000 (I think). Though of course it's also difficult to get a chance at Dream FCS! I can't imagine spending $5000 on any doll though.

    7. I'm sure that if I had the money, and it was a well-thought out purchase that I wouldn't mind spending thousands of dollars on a doll. I've seen some OT dolls that are life size that sell for tens of thousands of dollars. If I decided that was what I wanted, I would work and save and get one. I'm in the process of paying for a second hand Lusion, which for the amount of outfits and wigs that are coming with her was a good deal(compared to going through the company and buying everything separately) at $1200. She's more than twice as expensive as anything I've bought before, but I know for sure she'll be worth it! Actually, I think the experience of saving little by little and working hard to buy something you enjoy is a great experience by itself, regardless of the type of item or price. Other people may criticize me for how much I spend on dolls, but it has taught me a lot about budgeting my money and has helped me really think about the way I make purchases.

    8. I've seen a doll that was in the $2500 range. It was a big Volks. It was pretty, yep, but I can't say it would be for me even if it were $350. It's just not my taste.

      OK, she's very beautiful in real life, I had the honor of meeting her. I don't think she's replaceable by another. I was stupid to let her go. She will always be my dollfie dream. I am happy for her that she's highly valued. She deserves it. I sent the info to her master, in case he is not aware of it already. :|

      Maybe Volks Suiginto or Shinku worth that, you know, Rozen Maidens are so rare and popular.
      Man, I really want a Switch Hahwa...I 've seen a Hahwa head sold at a price of $1000 in an auction...people are really crazy.

    15. I only came across Volks dolls that were worth so much.
      Ebay shop Toy of Spark comes to mind. Seeing a doll there for 3000$ is cheap. How about buying one for 12000$ or 18500$?

    20. At a Volks Dollpa a year or so ago there was the charity auction doll that sold for about $8,000? Though it could have been more. I believe it was a white skin Suiguntou on a Gr body. Definitely a one of a kind doll.
