Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. Bjds and eyelash sizes?

    1. Hi everyone! Denverdoll carries two different length sizes for bjd eyelashes, and I was wondering: does anyone know of different references with examples of different mm lengths for bjd eyelashes in different sizes of dolls? Ideally, I don't want to buy several different colors and sizes of eyelashes (especially since I don't have much in way of SD dolls...), so if there is any pre-existing references, I'd love to know about them! I am just not sure if I should really go by the "tiny" or "msd/sd" descriptors, since stylizations of dolls can vary wildly between sizes.

    2. @Epona Denver Doll lists a more than a dozen different lash styles, can you link which ones are you looking at specifically? And what is the look you're going for? That is what usually determines what to buy.

      You have 11 large doll listed in your Profile, I think that could warrant buying a few styles. It's always good to have a few spares incase of eyelash damage. I usually add lashes to any doll order from a place that has them, I've found there's a lot of variety in style and quality.

    3. These are the lashes I am looking at the moment, in both Fancy and Natural curl:
      Fancy Curl Lashes, 4.5mm for Small Dolls – Denver Doll Emporium
      Fancy Curl Lashes, 5.7mm for MSD, SD, YoSD Dolls – Denver Doll Emporium

      As for sizes etc, it will be a long time until I get into SDs (if I really ever venture there), so I am more focused on my msds and what will work best for them. ^^ I only really foresee getting a SD when Youpla offers Lilith again in petal resin, otherwise the other SD plans are very much on the backburner.

    4. You can glue the lashes further into the eye-well if you don't like the length, or just prefer the lashes shorter. I don't believe individual hair thickness changes with the length, as far as I can tell and my very limited experience with actual doll-meant lashes. The fullness of the lashes line is really what will vary fron style to style. I hope that helps, and good luck. (:.
