Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Pretty fair. I was going for a certain wig color and style and this was the closet to what I wanted.
Did the item look like the sales pictures? Actually, it suits what I was looking for more in person!
Were you satisfied with the product? the only thing I don't like is the bangs, for there is something off with the way they lay, but it's likely do to it not being used before. In short, yes!

How was the communication? Excellent, Medusa emailed me when my order was processed and shipped and she was very polite answering questions before I ordered.

How was the communication? Awesome. Medusa was very quick to email me to let me know she'd be shipping the wig the same day I ordered! I was very impressed since it was on a Saturday afternoon. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday at the earliest.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Oh definitely! Service was fast, personalized and courteous and the product is fantastic.

Were you satisfied with the product? Oh yes! I'll be ordering wigs from BBD as often as I can manage now!It is super-soft, thick, manageable and cut perfectly.

What did you order? A 1/3 skull tee and brown 1/4 boots

How was the communication? Great! They accidentally sent me the wrong boots (1/3 size) but I emailed and they sent me the proper ones. I asked what I should do with the boots that were wrongly sent and she said I could keep them if it was too hard to get to the post office or of course to send them back and she'd reimburse my shipping. I took a couple days to think about it and then emailed to ask if I could pay for them instead and she discounted them to about half price.

How easy was it to pay? Paypal, easy as always.

How long did it take to ship? It shipped the next day (Apr 2nd) and arrived on April 7.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. Very nice quality. I'm greatly impressed with both pairs of boots and the shirt.

* How was the communication?
Perfect! I had special requests (regarding shipment and neutral-looking outer packaging/labeling to keep the delivery contents as much of a surprise as possible) to discuss with Medusa, who was amazingly accommodating. Frequent, detailed updates during the process, as well. Overall exceptional customer service!

* How easy was it to pay?
Paypal, super simple.

* How long did it take to ship?
The very next day! Arrived ahead of schedule on Saturday, July 12, 2014.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
More than reasonable for this level of precision, I am so impressed!

Even better. Megan is exquisite! The resin is luminous and lifelike, her faceup is flawless, the body blushing/contouring is beautiful, and she has the most precise, realistic mani-pedi I have EVER seen on a doll. Her outfit, shoes and wig are beautifully made as well!

ABSOLUTELY.

Nope, everything was just perfect!

How was the communication?
Timely, friendly and super-helpful. Medusa was great to work with. I chose a US-based doll house because I am a first-time owner and this was going to be my first doll. I wanted someone whom I could talk to. Medusa really didn't disappoint me in anyway.

Done through Pay-pal. Very simple and easy.


How long did it take to ship?
He was shipped on July 23rd (my birthday) and landed on August 02.

Absolutely. The packaging was great, everything was detailed and the doll itself was beautiful.

Better, I think! It's tough to photograph the slight translucency of the environmental resin but it's amazing in real life.

Oh, yes. Rumour has it that there was a sculpt with vampire fangs. I'll be on the look out for that one!

I ordered the eyes through eBay, so pretty standard automated eBay and PayPal notices and invoices, and the merchant sent a message with the tracking number once the package had shipped.

I paid with PayPal, too easy.

Shipped out the same day!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I actually think the price is pretty low for glass eyes of this quality, so it was a really good deal. They were $28 shipped.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Really much prettier in person! They’re very deep and luminous and don’t have any air bubbles or noticeable flaws. Their pictures are also very clear and well lit, and they show you what the eyes look like in a doll which a lot of eye sellers don’t do.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Very satisfied, it’s actually pretty difficult to find reasonably realistic-looking eyes for a character with albinism so I’m hopeful that they’ll fit the guy I have on the way.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
N/A, very happy.

* Would you order from this company again?
Yes, their eyes are beautiful and well-packaged (custom boxes with custom-cut foam on both sides of the eyes, the box likes to pop open but that’s not much of an issue once they’re in the doll, right?), the item shipped really quickly, the communication was good, the shipping was inexpensive with tracking which was provided promptly… oh, and the price was a steal.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
If they were in good condition, absolutely, but not unless it was something that had been discontinued. I’d rather get it directly from them.

~ Medusa is amazing. She was super kind. I told her I was looking for green eyes for my doll. Since this was my first doll she even sent me a wig. Any time we talk she remembers me and asks about my husband. She's very personal and attentive.
How easy was it to pay?
~ PayPal! Makes life easy.

~ I was really fortunate. She had a cancellation on the exact doll I had just ordered. I received my Phny in less then a week.

~ I've seen many dolls in person and I still think my blue blood is some if the best quality out there.

~ She was stunning. Better then the pictures.

~ More then satisfied! The experience was great, my doll is gorgeous, and Medusa continues to be an excellent person to deal with.

 

Super customer care! I've had lots of good customer service, but this ranks right at the top!
I ordered a pair of grey shoes. I got an immediate charge back on my PayPal and then a nice email from Medusa apologizing that the last pair had sold. I wrote back and said that if the shoes came back in stock I would love to pre-order a pair.
Medusa contacted China, placed and order for the shoes which was not large enough to meet the shipper's demands, got the order combined with a larger order coming to the US! All this to get a customer who had not ordered from the website before a pair of shoes!!! Amazing.
I will absolutely buy from them in the future. You bet.
